Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and we liked the no-smoking aspect. Room was a bit cramped but beds were comfy and the area is very quiet at night. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Very satisfied. It took a little longer than expected to get from the hotel to the city center (about 30 minutes with wait time). However, the tram stop is very close to the hotel and the trams run on time. |

I liked the big and rich breakfast, size of the room was accurate, hotel was clean and bright, quality/price rate was excellent and it wasn`t far from the city center (15 mins by s-bahn or 20 mins by tram). I don`t speak German, so the english translations came in handy. The trams on the street were a bit of noisy. |

Willingness to accommodate my group of 16 young (16-18 year-old) travelers. The reception clerk was especially helpful. For us, proximity to airport and public transportation was very important And of course, the fact that none of the rooms smelled of smoke. They apparently turn off the water heater at night.Since we had to leave very early for our flight home, we had only ice-cold water for our showers. |

This is a convenient stay for a night before departure from the airport which is 3km from the hotel (short bus, train, taxi drive or even walk). They also served a nice Sunday breakfast. |
