Hôtel très bien situé par rapport à la gare (5mn à pied), Métro direct de la gare pour l'aéroport (25mn) donc très pratique pour des séjours courts. Chambre refaite très récemment et bien isolé, grande avenue devant. Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix et correct. Personnel très souriant. Bons restaurants à proximités |

very good situation, near the central station , no noice in the rooms , for the evening , it is allways nice if you can have a drink and relax a little bit before go to sleep , for example in the breakfast room |

The hotel is in an ideal site for seeing hamburg - close to the main railway and bus stations and the underground network. It`s also a two minute walk to the centre of town. The staff were very helpful. Our double room was spacious and kept very clean. Our son had a single room which was pretty samll but he felt the room was fine for his needs. Breakfast was also very good. It`s not a 5 star hotel so if people have the right expectations they will enjoy their stay. |

Location was excellent. Very close to Hamburg Hbf, yet quiet. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Bed was not so comfortable and a bit hard. |

Close to the train/bus station, friendly and helpful staff, free internet, nice breakfast. The rooms are clean, there is even a DVD player in the room. The neighborhood is not so friendly, many homeless around the street. The bathroom is small. I had to assemble the TV-rack myself because it was falling to pieces and I had to program the TV remote as well to be able to use. The hotel is rather expensive compared to the services. |

The main and maybe only advantage of this hotel is its central location. The hotel is clean and ok in general, but nothing fancy at all. The street and neighborhood are very loud. The parallel street "Steinstrasse" is the typical red-like district next to a main train station, so the area isn't for everyone. If you don't plan to stay in or near the hotel during your stay this doesn't matter too much, though. |

Very convenient for metro, main railway station and bus station. This is an old-style city centre hotel with a slightly sombre feel, but clean and functional. |

It was an unforgettable experience. The room was perfectly adequate and clean but the hotel was characterless. I didn't bother with breakfast as the place was so depressing. Grim reception area, charmless breakfast area. |

Ideal location for visiting Hamburg: very close to the main railwaystation and also close to the centre of town. Breakfast buffet is OK. Road on the front is a bit noisy, but that can be expected on a location like this. |

The stuff of this hotel always is ready to help. It was very surprising that I could talk and receive information in Russian. In the room was too dark (not enough light from the suspended lamp. There was no mini-bar in the room. |
