Dat je dichtbij het centrum zit Kamers gaven een vertekend beeld ,niet zo als op de foto"s van Internet,1pers.kamer veel te klein,en ook geen kledingkast!!! (Is een verbouwde tv kamer). Veel te kleine ontbijt ruimte,ongeveer 15 a 20 min.wachttijd. |

Centraal gelegen in Hamburg, parkeermogelijkheden voor de deur Omdat wij een parkeercode hadden ontvangen van de parkeergarage werden wij belast voor parkeren in deze garage (EUR 8 per dag), echter wij hadden voor de deur geparkeerd en daar ook voor betaald. Dit was echter niet bespreekbaar en moesten toch de parkeergelden voor de garage betalen. |

De kamer lag aan de voorzijde vanhet hotel. Het hotel is gelegen aan een zeer drukke straat. Het was 's nachts bijna onmogelijk om de slaap te vatten vanwege het straatlawaai. |

Dicht bij het centrum en bij vebindingen als S Bahn en U Bahn. Kamer t.o.v. prijs veel te klein, Tipisch geval van prijsopdrijving tijdens beursdagen. Een acceptabele prijs voor dit hotel zou 50 of 60 euro per nacht zijn. |

The hotel is in an ideal site for seeing hamburg - close to the main railway and bus stations and the underground network. It`s also a two minute walk to the centre of town. The staff were very helpful. Our double room was spacious and kept very clean. Our son had a single room which was pretty samll but he felt the room was fine for his needs. Breakfast was also very good. It`s not a 5 star hotel so if people have the right expectations they will enjoy their stay. |

Location was excellent. Very close to Hamburg Hbf, yet quiet. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Bed was not so comfortable and a bit hard. |

Close to the train/bus station, friendly and helpful staff, free internet, nice breakfast. The rooms are clean, there is even a DVD player in the room. The neighborhood is not so friendly, many homeless around the street. The bathroom is small. I had to assemble the TV-rack myself because it was falling to pieces and I had to program the TV remote as well to be able to use. The hotel is rather expensive compared to the services. |

The main and maybe only advantage of this hotel is its central location. The hotel is clean and ok in general, but nothing fancy at all. The street and neighborhood are very loud. The parallel street "Steinstrasse" is the typical red-like district next to a main train station, so the area isn't for everyone. If you don't plan to stay in or near the hotel during your stay this doesn't matter too much, though. |
