Great service, multiple lingual staff were great, location, breakfast/dinner was also great. Great hotel if your visiting Heide Park!

Das Hotel ist mit seiner Ausstattung sehr speziel. Das Abenteuer für die Kinder kommt nicht zu kurz. Nicht Familiengerecht sind die Preise und die Zimmerausstattung. Für bis zu vier Personen waren noch nicht einmal für alle Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden.

Alles. Sehr schönes, vor allem kinderfreundliches Hotel mit leckerem speisenangebot. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Getränke waren sehr hochpreisig. Eine alternative zu a La cart und erlebnisbuffette wäre wünschenswert. Um 20.00 Uhr ist das erlebnisbuffette nur noch Buffet ohne Unterhaltung, jedoch zum selben Preis. Das ist sehr schade, vor allem wenn man als durchschnittliche Familie 78€ für die einmalige Teilnahme bezahlt.

Viesnīcas numuriņš labs, interesants, atbilstošs viesnīcas tēmai. Viesnīca atrodas ļoti tuvu atrakciju parkam "Heide-Park", tādēl arī to izvēlējamies. Brokastis ļoti labas.Viesnīcas numuriņš liels - atbilstošs 6 personām. Jauki, ka visi varējām apmesties vienā numuriņā. Restorāna apkalpojošajam personālam ļoti vājas, vai pareizāk sakot pilnīgi nekādas angļu valodas zināšanas.

At det lå tæt på Heide Park At børnene syntes det var et rigtig "sejt" værelse At der var arrangementer om aftenen og at børnene fik udleveret noget udklædningstøj Alt for dyrt (354 EUR for ÉN nat i Piratværelset) For svag en servicegrad. Forspurgte i receptionen om de havde en forlængerledning, hvilket de ikke kunne hjælpe mig med. På andre hoteller jeg har besøgt, er missionen: der er ingen opgave for stor eller lille til at vi ikke altid finder en passende løsning for vore gæster. Det var vidst ikke lige tilfældet her.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war gut und das Essen ! nicht so schön war die Tolette auf dem Zimmer es stank nach Urin! Und die Betten sind für mein geschmak einwenig zu hart !

Отель находиться непосредственно на территории парка развлечений "Hiede-Park", очень удобно. Отличный завтрак и ужин за доступную стоимость. Вечером есть развлекательная програма для детей и взрослых в отеле. Хороший семейный отель и не только...

Das Hotel ist spitze. Es entspricht alles dem Piratenmärchen bis ins kleine Detail. Die Hotelzimmer sind wie auf einem Piratenschiff. Das Angebot der a-la Karte Bewirtung könnte etwas erweitert werden. Buffet ist doch sehr hoch vom Preis gehalten.

Beliggenheden i sammenhæng med Heide Park. Hotellets nøglekortsystem er meget dårligt. Det er en lille ting, men når man ankommer med tre trætte børn efter en lang køretur, er det et irritationsmoment at skulle omkring receptionen tre gange (fra 4. sal), fordi systemet ikke fungerer. Vi endte med at få udleveret den almindelige nøgle, som findes som backup til kortsystemet. Opfordringen til hotellet er, at man dropper kortsystemet og bare benytter de almindelige nøgler.

Am besten war, dass alles auf das Thema Piraten ausgerichtet ist. Samt Kinderprogramm bis hin zur Zimmerausstattung. Super! Beim genaueren Hinsehen war die Sauerkeit insbesondere im Badezimmer nicht 100 % in Ordnung. Als 4 Sterne Hotel muss das verbessert werden.

Dejligt at man kan gå direkte ind I Heide Park. Sjovt med udsig over parken. Vi boede på 3 sal! Morgenmadsbuffeten var fantastisk. Vi kunne se Pyro Games fyrværkeriet fra vores værelse. Meget venligt og professionelt personale. Dejlig buffet om aftenen. Kæmpe udvalg af mad. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. Vi vender tilbage... Toilettet var af træ og det er åbenbart svært at holde rent. Der var en umiskendelig lugt af urin omkring toilettet.

Das besondere Piratengefühl, die tolle Zimmerausstattung was ich so nicht erwartet hatte, Unterhaltung pur. Für Alleinreisende sehr angenehm, da nicht nur auf dem Hotelzimmer sitzen angesagt ist.
