Friendly staff, excellent restaurant, nice Spa. After our stay my daugther found out she had forgotten her stuffed animal in the hotel room. They did everything to find it and shipped it promptly free of charge!

Overall price-to-quality ratio. Inexperienced staff, young girls with any language knowledge and superficial behaviour; missing interpersonal skills, inadequate preparation fot that type of job. Not acceptable at all for a 4 stars hotel.

the staff were excellant and gave great service. Not many hotels still have the swimming pools but for us this was the main reason we booked this hotel. Very impressive. Everything was great

Het eten was zonder meer erg goed te noemen. Kamers erg schoon De badkamer. Deze was design en ook zeker erg mooi maar ook waanzinnig onpraktisch. De eigenaar wilde er iets aan doen namelijk zelf er eens gebruik van maken en dat vinden wij zonder meer een goed idee.

wij kregen een heel luxe gevoel. Heel vriedenlijk personeel. Ontbijt en avond eten was heerlijk, Veel luxe faciliteiten waar we ook gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Mooie groet appartement kamer Wij hadden gehoopt op een bad in de badkamer

Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Appartment,super Frühstück, tolles Menü! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder buchen. Pool ist im Saunabereich und wird von den Wellnessgästen als Ruheraum gesehen. Für die Kinder nicht immer so einfach :)

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden een appartement voor drie personen en alles werd keurig schoon gehouden en er was meer dan voldoende ruimte. Ruime badkamer. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen. Voor € 18,= een 5 gangendiner met keuze uit 4 menu's! Alles was even lekker. De afstand naar Winterberg maar daar kan het hotel niks aan veranderen. Wat het hotel betreft kunnen wij geen nadelen bedenken.

Fijne kamers. Heerlijk ontbijt. Prima zwembad en spa. Dicht bij ski- faciliteiten. Dochter had haar beugel en knuffel vergeten op de kamer. Heel fijn dat personeel dit heeft nagestuurd! Hartelijk dank hiervoor!! Heerlijke korte vakantie gehad.

het eten was voortreffelijk en het comfor was ook uitermate goed wij hadden een eigen huisje met alles wat je nodig heb. het eten in de verschillende kamers was nog niet goed georganiseerd zag ik ,er waren wel bordjes op de tafel maar de mensen wisten niet goed waar ze nou moesten eten, het werd ook niet goed uitgelegd dit is niet tegen gevallen maar een punt die je kan verbeteren.
