we arrived late (2 am) having been stuck in terrible traffic jams in Slovenia and Austria and despite the fact that we had telephoned the hotel to let them know we would be very late , the night staff had let out one of our 3 rooms. The girl on the night desk tried her best to help but had no additional facilities and all she could offer was extra duvets to put on the floor of the 2 remaining rooms. breakfast was good and on check out we were informed there would be no charge.Decor is somewhat dated and the rooms and corridors gloomy. the dining/breakfast room and the breakfast was very nice. |

The rooms were clean. The restaurant was excellent! I think that for the price, breakfast should have been included in the price. The rooms were very hot and muggy. If I opened the window, there was too much traffic noise, so I didn't sleep well. |

I spent only one night there but I found It to be a good comfortable hotel and not pretentious. The food was excellent. An unusual feature was that it had an area in the bar set aside for smokers, which I liked. |

The hotel was very convenient to the tram to get into Wurzburg. There was lots of easy parking. Our rooms were on the front of the hotel and were noisy at night. |

The room was very good. We liked the many supries for the kids, and the breakfast was very, very good. I only missed propper cold milk! Very good with free use of internett (wifi). There should bee airconditons in the room, because it can be some noise from the traffic, included the trams on the main street. |

the location was not bad - we had a hire car so it was a quick drive into town. also a tram station right out front, and a nice italian restaurant a 5 minute walk away. The staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. The first room we had on level 1 smelt strongly of sewage, we asked to be moved rooms - were told that it only 'smelt a little'. on day two our new room on level 3 smelt just as strong. smell was intollerable in the bathroom and we were afraid that the water might be contaminated. complained again, told there was nothing else that could be done. bar/restaurant area was very hot and uncomfortable. could in no way recommend anyone stay there. |

The hotel was very nice, no frills and basic, but great for the price. We booked a room for 4 and had 2 adjoining rooms with 1 bath. The hotel is a short drive to the sites in Wurzburg or a short tram ride. We drove and parking wasn't difficult. I would stay there again. Breakfast was not included in the room rate. I would have liked that. |

Superb restaurant, fully english-speaking staff. No air conditioning in our room but very comfortable for 4 people. Will use it again. |

Yes, close to motorway and main attractions. Yes, the male receptionist wasn't very helpful, when asked for direction of places of attractions, hesistated in providing a map. But in the morning, the female receptionist was much friendly and helpful. |
