Very well sound-proofed rooms, very helpful personnel.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and the room really comfortable, with perfect sound insulation despite being over the road.

You need a car to get to the city centre, but public transport is also available (with timetables in the hotel lobby).

Reception staff were friendly, supermarket and tram stop across the road. Aprox. 15.min to city centre.

The friendly, helpful staff, the extremely comfortable quiet room and the secure parking. The breakfast was excellent and we will certainly stay at the Hotel again next time we travel to England.

When we asked for a bottle of red wine to take to our room we were not offered the very reasonably priced (€8.90) wine on display in Reception, but a very small, exorbitantly priced bottle at €26! Also, when we asked for extra pillows for the bed we were given two very hard lumps of foam or something which were extremely uncomfortable. Also, the "complimentary" bottle of water in our room was €2, not complimentary at all.

Excellent value for money in a great location.

Room was a bit small and heating was excessive. We had to open the window in the middle of the night because the room felt like a sauna.

Bathroom - glass wall gives no privacy, ok for a single traveler, very strange otherwise

The hotel has great atmosphere and good location close to highway. The breakfast are very good, this is the only hotel I experienced where the breakfast coffee taste good.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel was immaculate inside and out. Nice parking garage. Our room was fantastic. I don't know if we got a special room but it had a water bed that was warmed and an extra little sitting room! Also had a vey nice sized bathroom. We did not eat there so I can't comment on restaurant but it looked very charming.

Just a few things: - location was a little further out of the city than it seems on the website. Still reachable by car and tram in short time but I thought we were in closer. Also area is not bad but not pretty. Sex shop right up the street. - no hand soap in bathroom in our room. Just some manky half used bottle of hair gel someone must have left behind. - extra pillow and stored in our room were looked dirty/ used.

my reservation could not be confirmed by hotel reception personnel, tough a had a reservation /booking number by booking.com! But I got a room because they were not fully booked!

Great breakfast buffet. Kind and helpful staff. Family-friendly and children-friendly atmosphere. 5 mintues walk from a grocery store across the road.

Nice modern and clean room. Room was bigger than expected, bath and toilet were seperate. Breakfast was good.

If you see the building from the outside you wouldn't expect it to be so modern on the inside. At the time of our stay it was very hot, about 32 degrees, room had no airco.

The room was clean and functional. The breakfast buffet offered a good choice including good coffee.

Secure Parking spots adjacent to the hotel were limited and all gone by the time we got there. The staff were not that helpful, if anything had a bit of an 'attitude'.

The hotel is not far from the city center (about 10 minutes by car). The rooms are big enough and also clean

The breakfast for more than 9 euro per person is not worthy it. In the city there are lot of nice places where a better and cheaper breakfast is served
