The staff were very friendly and happy to look after our bags when we went out for the day after checking out, or when we arrived before checking in. The bathroom was clean, modern and fairly luxurious. The mattresses were comfortable and firm.

If you open the window at night, you can hear loud music from a café below which can be disturbing. Perhaps it's best to bring earplugs! That's probably the only real problem we incurred. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which is somewhat inconvenient, but perhaps to be expected with a larger hotel.

Good hotel, close to the Velodrome, but not really a 4 stars, I would only give it 3. Internet keept closing me out, so I had to lock on all the time.

Helpful, friendly hotel staff, good location (but lacks nice eating places and shops around the area), the S-Bahn was easily accessible (just a short walk from the hotel), the rooms were comfortable and not noisy and cosy to stay in for a longer trip.

The price of breakfast was too much considering that there was little variety of it. Also there was no kettle to make tea or coffee in the room, which is usually a general thing to have in other hotels.

The room was beautiful; very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to get to from the train station by s-bahn, and easy to get in to see the sites by tram. We walked to the trendy parts of Prenzlauerberg. The staff were excellent, giving directions, tram passes, anything we needed help with. Great value!

Not a lot of great cafes or shops near the hotel. Cool trendy area a 10 min tram ride or half hour walk. The hotel itself is great.

The rooms are quite big and very comfortable and the hotel is very quiet

Rooms look like 2*cheap hotel. Shower is broken, cheap mexican restaraunt near, and at all makes impression of 2* hotel. I've booked one doublebed smoking room. But it was twin for me, then I tried to change it for doublebed and it had extracharge. Breakfast was not included.

Convenience and location was excellent. Staff was helpful.

The location-10 minutes by tram to Alexandraplatz-the helpfullness of the staff and the general ambience.

Wir nutzten das Hotel während eines Kurzaufenthaltes in der Hauptstadt verbunden mit dem Besuch einer Konzertveranstaltung im Velodrom. Sehr gut fanden wir den extram kurzen Weg zur Halle (ca. 500 m) und die Tatsache, dass das Hotel über einen Parkplatz zu erschwinglichen Preisen verfügt.

Etwas überteuert fanden wir den Aufpreis für das Frühstück ... der Bäcker nebenan tut´s auch. :-)

Sauber, freundliches personal, nähe zu s bahn

Laut (verkehr trotz 8.stock, laute lüftung), weiche betten, zimmer sind eher klein

Es war relativ ruhig im Hotel, obwohl der Verkehr sehr stark war. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben unser Programm unterstützt.

Das Bufet könnte etwas umfangreicher sein!!!

Die Lage des Hotels war für uns sehr gut.

Die Zimmer im Hotel entsprechen meiner Ansicht nach nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. In der Badewane und im Waschbecken war der Abfluss verstopft. Die Betten sind zwar sehr lang (über 2m), sind aber relativ schmal.
