Althought the location is a bit out of the center of action, there is absolutely no issue getting to the center, there is a very good communcation towards it. |

Reasonable value for money Misrepresentation of the location as being in PRenz lauerberg. A 4star hotel not providing a hotwater jug is not acceptable. |

Good location and very quiet rooms. Bed was comfortable but we would have liked to have been warned that the hotel did not provide double quilts. On the double bed, each person has his/her own single quilt. Not great for a romantic weekend...! Upon arrival we were put in a twin room instead of double, as reserved. Heating in the room wasn't working. Coffee/tea material was not replaced one time when the room was cleaned (one mug was changed, the other was left dirty). Water in shower constantly going from hot to cold (I mean boiling hot! it's quite dangerous especially for children). Not four star standard... |

I had requested a non-smoking room. They put me in a room that reeked of tobacco. I had to change rooms. I could not find where the hotel was in relation to my conference. It turned out I was miles away. |

The staff were ok, and a couple of them were even friendly. The room was clean. The rooms were little better than a travel lodge - have stayed in better hotels, which cost less. The location is a little far out, would have been ok if the public transport hadn't been on strike, but unfortunately it was and there was no where nearby to walk to (no good resturants, cafes, bars, culture) so everywhere was a taxi away. The rooms were barely comfortable and with duvets which my boyfriend fondly referred to as "postage stamps". And only one tiny pillow which wouldn't have kept a midget's head off the bed. We got there late and the "resturant" had stopped serving. So I requested room service and got a pizza which was rubbish, barely a pizza. The bar was cold, and somehow unwelcoming. Overall the place was mean and souless. |

There are only two elevators for a great number of users. Sometimes I had to wait for the elevator was free till ten - twelve minuts and there's not staircase. |

nein, da das preis-leistungsverhältnis nicht befriedigend war alle aufgeführten extra angebote, die ein grund für die buchung des hotels waren, hätten extra gekostet, sogar der bademantel für den wellnessbereich. Preise unverhältnismäßig hoch (z.B. minibar, roomservice, extra charges) |
