The staff were ever so Helpful, Polite and Friendly. Very relaxed break. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to other people. Very clean and comfortable. |

Friendly staff, reasonable breakfast Appalling sound insulation in the rooms due to a connecting door. Every word of the conversation in the next room could be heard making it impossible to sleep. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. I felt very welcomed to be there. This is a very clean and well kept hotel. I was even happier to have some TV channels in English. I had a great stay at the hotel but the rooms weren't as big as I thought it would be. |

Hotel was easy to reach by road, it was a little out of town but there was a tram stop 10 minutes away, which would take you into the city in 10 minutes. |

Had lunch,stayed overnight with excellent breakfast. Visited the city Didn't like the pillows so much....too soft but I understand it's the typical German style pillow since I found the same in every hotel where we stayed |

rustig en schoon hotel , geen geluid s'nachts van buiten.Personeel vriendelijk. toen we aankwamen (na de inchecktijd) was onze kamer nog niet klaar. Het duurde niet lang (half uur), dus hebben we in de lobby wat gedronken. Geen probleem dus eigenlijk. |

Het personeel was heel correct en vriendelijk ; deze mensen krijgen een behoorlijke opleiding en dat kun je zien ! De ligging en prijs kwaliteit , de prijs kan nog wat omlaag ... hoewel het hotel naast een politiekantoor ligt , toch is de buurt allesbehalve goed te noemen ... |

Service und Comfort wird gross geschrieben,freundliches Personal.Es liegt nicht im Zentrum,es ist aber alles schnell zu erreichen. Der Bereich für 's Essen (Frühstück gebucht) ist sehr eng bemessen, laut und hektisch.Personal etwas überfordert. Also nichts für Menschen die ihre Speisen in ruhiger angenehmer Umgebung einnehmen möchten. |
