中心地まで少し離れていますが、近くの駅までは10分もかかりませんでした。 コンビにらしき店もホテルの裏手にあって、飲み物などはそこで買えました。 部屋は広くとても清潔感がありました。 ホテルの前の駐車場は無料でした。 朝食はハム・チーズなど種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 スタッフの皆さんもとても感じが良かったです。

2日間共、朝食のコーヒーの味がとても不味かったです。

日本円両替しようとしたが、為替レートが間違っていたため説明してもスタッフ経験なくあきらめた。

The hotel was very luxurious and excellent value for money. Our room was large and beautiful, air conditioned with plenty of seating and every facility anyone could ever wish for. You'll rarely have seen breakfast bars as sumptuous as these! Hotel staff were very competent and helpful. A very pleasant stay in hot weather.

Travellers without cars need to be aware that this hotel is a 10 minute walk and 20 minute tram ride into the city (or 15 euro taxi ride.) Worth the effort though!

Easy access from motorway and free car park, (we only stayed one night en route.

The staff were superb and the food in the restaurant at night and at breakfast was first class, we will definitely stay there again.

The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff was quite helpful with all requests.

A taxi from the train station cost over 15 euro and it was necessary to use the tram to get in and out of the city to get to any interesting sites. The walk to the tram was not too long. The beds were so hard that I woke up several times each night with aching joints.

Nice breakfast. There is a public parking in front of the hotel. The room is quite confortable.

Staff could be more friendly. The wi-fi didn't work inside the bedroom. The hotel is far away from the city centre and the subway station wasn't next the hotel, but as we were by car it wasn´t a problem for us.

Shower door was broken and bathroom was always under water after shower. Room service was also not ok.Staff was not prepared or have all info needed

A pleasent Hotel although a bit out of the way of the centre. Its a 10 mintue walk to the tram stop and then 8 stops so not a major hassle. Reception was very helpful - the executive room was good although smelled of cigarette smoke. Didn't try the restaurant although having ate at the restaurant next door we wished we did! When you arrive you are directed into an underground car park at 16 euros a day...we reversed out and parked out the front of the hotel for free.
