The room was really nice and the service at the reception was really friendly. We are a couple and, as we got a standard double room, we moved beds in order to have them attached. The room seemed to be well cleaned, while under the bed we moved it was totally dirty. Sometimes when cleaning move objects!! |

Good for a weekend break, nice room with big bed, water cooker, tv, bath. The location is just outside the city ring, good thing is no cost for car parking and driving environmental pay. on the other hand, it takes more than 1/2h by tram to the center. |

Had to work for three days at ChemPark Leverkusen. In this case this hotel is ideal because situated at only a few km of ChemPark. Also I had a free upgrade of my room, what's a nice welcome. Speed of wireless LAN is not anymore of this time: really slow. OK, you have to pay for it, but that's common in hotels like these I suppose. But I had except a more performant wireless internet than this. |

The staff were ever so Helpful, Polite and Friendly. Very relaxed break. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to other people. Very clean and comfortable. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. I felt very welcomed to be there. This is a very clean and well kept hotel. I was even happier to have some TV channels in English. I had a great stay at the hotel but the rooms weren't as big as I thought it would be. |

Die schnelle und unbürokratische Bearbeitung. Sehr gute und freundliche Mitarbeiter im Restaurant und an der Rezeption. Zu kleiner Frühstücksraum, teilweise musste auf ein Platz am Frühstückstisch gewartet werden. Das Hotel liegt in einem nicht so schönen Stadtteil Kölns. |

Auskunft des Hotelpersonals, Frühstück ginge bis 10.30 Uhr, war unstimmig. Frühstück wurde dann schon um 10.00 Uhr während der Einnahme am Buffet abgeräumt. |

Het is de derde keer dat wij in dit hotel 1 of meerdere overnachtingen geboekt hebben en waarschijnlijk volgen er in de toekomst nog meer. Voor onze doeleinden is dit hotel uitermate geschikt vanwege de ligging maar ook het comfort en het personeel is goed. |
