Friendly staff, close to a great park, reasonable proximity to light rail.

We received surprising Easter special treat of the bunny chocolates in front of door first morning when get up; Excellent breakfast, both variety and quality; nice and clean; Just outside the low-emission zone, so no need to apply sticker to visit Cologne if you park car inside hotel. Public transportation available within 10 min walking

Disturbing non-required waking up calls & house keeping; Room for two, but only 1 set of towers was served; Next day hand towel was just removed without supplying new one. Uninvited room service entered room in the morning by mistake. Staff are not as friendly as one would expect from a 4-star hotel. We indicated preference on one double bed. But we got two single beds.

Excellent hotel, great facilities and staff! Breakfast was excellent.

I had a booked a room for two and wanted to extend the reservation for another 2 days but only for one of the persons. I talked at the reception and was assured that the extension of the reservation was done. After a day I have asked more details about my extended reservation and was announced that I have no such reservation at this hotel. I repeated the request. However as I found out at breakfast next day they have extended the reservation for 2 persons for the rest of the stay(even if I requested it for just one person). My advice: use an online reservation system the guys at the reception do not master this fine and difficult art of reserving rooms.

This was a clean hotel that provided a very good breakfast in the morning. There is also a great brew haus next door that has a friendly staff and good meals.

The desk agent didnt explain to us how to use the parking garage so it was confusing getting in and out because we dont speak German.

Advertised massage availability, there was none. No bath robes / slippers in room.

Beautiful bathroom. Curved shaped room. Location.

Room had no heat - had to call for a fix. At the front desk, our request to learn more about possible vegan options from the restaurant was met with a kind of hey, call the kitchen yourself. Generally - the feel of the hotel is "you're on your own".

Comfortable rooms at an affordable price. Ideal as a stopover whilst driving through Germany. Close to motorway.

a bit further out of city than i expected but good public transport within 10 minutes walk. No marmalade for breakfast. Only offered secured parking when booking at E16 per night you can park outside on forecourt for free if space available.

In-experience front desk staff. I have asked and been confirmed that my parking ticket has been validated. It turned out that it did not, so I have to run up and down to the lobby a few times. Very frustrating. Signs for underground parking is a bit confusing. Poor location. This hotel is not truely 4 stars.

Really good hotel and close enough to Koln to see the Dom and shopping. Fantastic breakfast. Great parking.

Position of the hotel, perfect breakfast, very nice staff at the breakfast, size of the room, beds, price ok...

slightly arogant receptionist - blonde with a ponny tail...ignoring, cold, superficial...have never seen this before..sometimes the clothes do not make the man..other than that everything was cool...

The Superior Room is spacious and the bed really comfortable. I am a frequent traveller and to me a comfortable bed is essential ! I enjoyed the vast selection of pillows !!
