Staff were very helpful & friendly. Breakfasts were good. Photos on website quite deceptive - room & hotel generally much smaller than they appear. Area around hotel quite seedy & noisy at night. |

Breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is located conveniently just a few steps from underground station, trams and the main railway station. The historical centre of the city is not far away. Private car park is 100 meters away. Overall quite good value for money. The A/C in the room was not working. Actually we have not complained about it so maybe it was just this room. The rooms facing the street can be quite noisy at evenings - we would advise to ask for the rooms on the other side of the hotel, if available. |

The friendly staff, the good breakfast and the cleanliness of the room. The hotel room was far too small. It was advertised as a triple room but was really only a double with a stretcher that had to fit against the double bed, thus blocking access to one side of the double bed. It was also hot and there was no air conditioning. |
