not far from bahnhof n messe
Breakfast poor service poor no help miserable counter service wifi non existent way to over price €1200 for two rooms for 3 nights Sheraton at airport only €120 per night inc food
limited selection for breakfast.
Big rooms, decent breakfast, convenient location between Messe and Hbf. Do not expect 5* hotel services and you'll be satisfied!
Have earplugs with you! You might need these, when the water supply system disturbs your slumber right in the middle of the night.
Simple things, service was OK. Breakfast was quite good.
Internet didn't work at all on the building in the back. Pillows were too fluffy.
The special booking rule targeting my travel date.
Location from train station Silent area Very close to Messe
Wifi restriction to a single device
although we had every intention of getting a few hours sleep before our flight home, we had booked the hotel thinking it was close to the airport, which it was not! So we were unable to use the full facilities of the hotel including the beds! We did find the hotel staff very friendly & helpful tho!
can't really say that we didn't like anything about the hotel coz we wasn't there long enough to be honest!
no frills but you get what you pay for
The room rate.
Hospitality in the front office, breakfast not good compare to others, language problem, behaviour with us is really very poor as we are a customer.
noise from street and across
The hotel is close to the main attractions: fair, train station, city centre. The room and the bathroom were quite clean and the service was ok. Breakfast was simple but one could get the full offer both at the beginning and at the end – it was being frequently refreshed. The price was reduced very much, so according to the price paid, it was good. The regular price for offered conditions would be, in my opinion, unacceptable.
The size of the room and the breakfast - the day receptionist young one was friendly
The receptionist very very rude- I do not have her name unfortunately but she was on night duty both on 1/10 at 7pm and on 2/10- night. She is a short big woman with blonde hair. She is not helpful at all - she is grumpy and rude and is definately not an asset. I saw her being rude to other people who were having issues with the wifi Which brings me to the issue on wifi they charge 5 euro for wifi in your rooms for 24 hours and it allows it only on one piece of equipment ie iPad or phone! Which century are we living in? Germany is supposedly an advanced country and wifi being such an issue after paying for it is just plain silly. It was not available continuously it kept logging you off -?very aggravating!
It is value for money in case ypu get it at less than 45 euros/night
Very poor service
Convenient for public transport, very helpful staff especially in the breakfast rooms. Rooms large and comfortable.
A very steep step and a flight of seven stairs to the lift made it slightly difficult for me.
Location near the central train station
No wifi in the room No iron Old facility
poor breakfast some people of the staff absence of wifi in room

Wifi didn't work in the rooms at the back of the hotel
This is a small unassuming hotel in a side street. The rooms are all a very good size, and well furnished. Beds good, sheets good, bathroom good. Limited hotel facilities, but breakfast is plentiful and room is decently furnished.
Staff and hospitality
It was clean. The room looked fine.
The elevator wasn't at the main floor, there's an in between floor. The wifi is not free, you have to pay 5 euros for 24 hours. There was a computer you could use but you have to wait for it and I did not trust the settings to go check my e-mails.
staff friendly and breakfast was very good
guests tended to smoke on the fire exits - roof and stairs - room 52 was the worst for this and I asked to be moved.
I really enjoyed my stay here. Very kind and helpful staff. Very comfortable.
Air conditions did not work and nobody showed any support!! Wifi costs 10 euro per day!!!
