ディスカウントサービスを利用したので、コストパフォーマンスは非常に高く感じた。（割り切って考えられる、という意味で）それから説明用の市街地図をフロントに準備していてもよいのでは。様々なパンフレットとともに日本語記載の地図も宿泊客用に置いてあるので、フロントから場所の説明を受けた後、それに転記する等の方法をとれば事足りるかと。

ルームサービスでタオルを換えてもらったものの、長い金髪が付着していたのはいだたけなかった。また、ホテルの朝食がオープンなサービスである旨、情報を載せてもよいのではないか。（明らかにこのホテルの宿泊客以外の人がホテルで朝食をとっていたから。）

The hotel was very close to the train station and was a great value. The room was comfortable - nothing too fancy but fairly spacious. I felt the hotel offered a very good deal for the price I paid.

The reception wasn't all that accomodating. I got in to Frankfurt on a very early flight and they were unable to get me into a room before noon. While this is their policy, it would have been nice to see them at least try to make an effort to get me into a room before the usual check-in time.

The elevator is not at all something one can rely upon for luggage nor is it handicap-accessible. You had to climb half a flight of stairs to get to it, which is terrible when one has quite alot of heavy luggage to lift/manoever by oneself. This can also be a serious problem when one is coming down the stairs. Also, the AC was very weak, even on high.

The size of the room, we had a double room which was almost an
apartment, even though not all double rooms are like that, our friends
had a regular double room, but which was way much, much better than the
rooms in London or Paris. Good breakfast. Smoking rooms available.

we had a big quiet room

it wasn't very clean. there were stains on the floor and walls. the neighborhood was sketchy
