President Hotel (普瑞斯登特酒店)    

Very good location, room clean and nice.

The hotel is situated outside the city center (20 min by bus) but lies in a street with various restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

The hotel is situated directly above a tunnel where a 4-lane innercity-highway runs through. Even with closed windows you have constant noise during the whole night. The minibar was damaged, there where no additional blankets - after having complained about that, the only answer of the staff was: "sorry, can't do anything about that". This hotel is never a 4-star-Hotel, with worse price-performance ratio!!! DONT GO THERE!!!

Clean, comfortable rooms, polite helpful staff.

Situated over a motorway and on a main road so even with windows shut you can hear traffic. Mainly quiet between midnight and 7am, but not for poor sleepers!

It was a plaesent Hotel, they were very friendly.

It was too hot in the hotel rooms. Its located to a very busy way.

Centre of Bonn is easy to reach by bus.

Sound of near-by motorway is annoying. Untill 12.00 o'clock at night, there was music coming from ?? When I complained about that the next morning nobody of the hotel staff knew what I was talking about. Price of breakfast too high.

Hotel is located next to highway, over the highway bridge, to be more accurate. You can not sleep with open window. But there is ac:)

1. Bonn is expensive and this hotel cost more than it was worth. It may be value for money in Bonn, however. 2. Wireless access was 7 E/24 hours. For what they charged, it should have been free

I loved how friendly the staff was and they were very helpful in general.

I didn't like that the Internet was not included and that there was no kettle in the room - to make tea or coffee.

It was very close to the place where my daughter got married! It had a very sumptuous breakfast!

Upon check in we had super service and help from our bilingual reception. She was so helpful and a pleasure to have dealt with. I used her expertise throughout my stay for helpful hints and advice. Even after the trip she was a great help, a friend left something behind and she was so helpful that she found the item, and even went and shipped it back to the usa. I wish I knew her name to contact the hotel directly to let them know what an asset they have!

The size is ok( not a huge one). Staff , specially counter/ reception staff are very helpfull and speak good english . the hotel is clean and breakfast was good and variety is there.

1- there is no dinner !!!!! 2- internet services waste a lot of time to activate it (English version is very difficult to reach) 3- I booked on 8th March ,then modify my booking to 11 and then request modification to 13 ( I did not get the visa till 12th , when I arrived the Reception said you need to sign for checking in . when we came for payment they said I need to pay for two days , 11 and 12!!!!! why should it start from 13th? Why should I pay for days I did not spent in a hotel . the hotel was empty all the period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sure you need to revise the system . it is not fair Embassy is requesting paid booking and u do not charge the occupant from the day he practically checked in!! If the hotel is full, I will accept!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zimmer war gut,freundliches Personal

Parkplatzsituation schwierig,Frühstück ziemlich teuer,durch die Lage an einer untertunnelten Hauptstraße relativ laut.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gutes, geschmacklich einwandfreies und vielfältiges Frühstück, guter Service, man hat hier den Blick auch für die kleinen Dinge.

не очень понятно, зачем указаны цены без завтрака. все равно все завтракают в отеле. 100% предоплата. на завтраке персонал к чаю относится как к недоразумению. то вода в "самоваре" оказывается холодной, то заварных чайников не хватает. мне кажется один и тот же треснувший чайник я видел у них уже два года назад. один лифт на всю гостиницу - это мало.

Mit Parkplätzen etwas schwierig, der 5.Stock nur über Treppe zu erreichen, was mich aber nicht gestört hat.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal an der Rezeption und im Service.

An drei Tagen wurden von meiner Kreditkarte Beträge geblockt. Bisher immer noch keine Freigabe erfolgt.
