Excellent staff good food The room should have refrigerator at this price. Especially as the room is not air-conditioned . The hotel is isolated from old city.

I have stayed in Hotel Primula 9 times in five years.True, one needs public transportation to get downtown if traveling without a car, but if one is driving, there is ample parking, and easy way to get to the buissness/shopping areas of Bremerhaven. Rooms are clean, quiete, with comfortable beds. The restaurant, D'Ox, is an excellent choice wheather one stays at the hotel or just wants to have a fine meal for a reasonable price. On my next travel to Germany I will start my trip at Hotel Primula.

The Hotel staff greeted us with a smile and were very helpful. The Bar was open late which gave us a chance to have a night cap. Beds were very comfortable, shower was nice and hot and good pressure. What great value for money. We would definately stay again... We would have liked some spare pillows but we did not ask so that's our problem.

Front desk people were very nice and loaned us a Fahrplan for the bus and gave us a city map which were both helpful. The hotel is right by the Stadthalle bus stop, and it takes about 10 minutes from the city center on bus #503 or 507. If you're driving, there's plenty of parking by the hotel. Dinner in the restuarant was excellent. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard but they did offer lots of fresh fruit. It was quite noisy. If that would bother you, ask for a room that is not on the street - maybe that would be quieter.

Nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Wunschzimmer, Nichtraucher und hinten heraus kein Problem. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Leider etwas außerhalb der Stadt (Gewerbegebiet). Zimmer recht klein. Minimalausstattung. Aber sauber. Für Städtereisen in Ordnung. Ohne PKW-nur Busverbindung vor der Tür. 2,2 km von Havenwelten entfernt.

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Speiseangebot im Restaurant Zentrum ist mit öff. Verkehrsmitteln nur schlecht zu erreichen ( sonntags gar nicht), Eisenbahnlärm nachts, Zimmer und Betten ziemlich eng, Frühstücksbuffet mit Mängeln

Reibungsloser Ablauf von Buchung über Aufenthalt bis zur Abreise. Zimmer war sehr sauber, Frühstück sehr gut und Mitarbeiter freundlich.

Der Aufzug ist regelmäßig stecken geblieben. Die Betten rollten - sobald man sich bewegt hat - regelrecht durch den Raum (auf Grund von Rollen).

Für unsere Zwecke gute Lage, Parkplatz sehr gut, kurze Wege vom Parkplatz zum Zimmer, trotz der Straßenlage des Hotels hatten wir sehr ruhige Nächte und die Matrazen ließen nichts zu wünschen übrig! Die Frühstückszeit war von 6.00 Uhr bis 10.00 Uhr. Da wir Urlaub machten, waren wir an beiden Tagen erst um ca. 9.15 bis 9.30 Uhr beim Frühstück: Vieles war nicht mehr vorhanden, Rührei und die Eier waren kalt.

Aufgrund der Lage war es schön, das dort ein Restaurant angegliedert war. Das Essen war ganz gut. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ok, das Personal achtete allerdings zu wenig darauf, ob noch alles da ist. Das Hotel hatte über Silvester Gruppen angenommen und schien mit der Abendveranstaltung überfordert.

+ Lage direkt gegenüber der Stadthalle/Eishalle. Wer wie ich wegen einer Veranstaltung dorthin reist, für den ist die Lage optimal. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas entfernt vom Bahnhof sowie dem Zentrum, ist aber gut an den ÖPNV angeschlossen (Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür). * Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, moderner TV mit großer Senderauswahl

Goed eten en heerlijk ontbijt tegen een gunstige prijs. Hotel bar. 's avonds waar gerookt mag worden en voor niet rokers niet echt een alternatieve ruimte.

Ein hinweis das TomTom findet die Straße mit der Hausnr. 110 nicht, um es zu finden muß man die Seitenstrasse eingeben danach ist alles OK.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Das Hotel war in vielen Bereichen renovierungsbedürftig. Es wurde allerdings schon mit der Fassade begonnen.
