Kind and helpfull staff, standard good breakfast.Greek restaurant nearby, with excelent food. Only American Express card accepted for foreigners or cash payment.For German citizens accepted also MC and VISA without problems, so I do not understand the reason for no acceptace of MC and VISA for foreign visitors.

Angenehmes Personal, sauberes, helles, anscheinend vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviertes Zimmer. Das Zimmer lag sehr ruhig, allerdings war Wochenende und es gibt auch Zimmer zur Straße raus. Ordentliches Frühstück. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist praktisch vor der Tür, von da ist man in 20min am Hauptbahnhof. Funktioniert auch wunderbar, wenn man zur Messe will. Im selben Gebäude befindet sich auch ein REWE-Markt, der bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet hat; kann sehr bequem sein. Die Betten waren arg durchgelegen, die Matratzen gehören erneuert. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig.

Ich war nur eine Nacht.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.Hotel klein,aber angenehm.Bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig.Sonst laut, da Straße und Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel ist.Komme bestimmt wieder.

Das Hotel hatte, wie versprochen, unzählige kostenlose Parkplätze, direkt vor der Tür. Man konnte in Fuss- bzw. Sogar Sichtweite in einem griechischen Restaurant sehr gut Essen gehen und auch die Strassenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 20 m entfernt. Das Frühstück war gut und bot alles, was man morgens braucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, das Bad gradezu riesig, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Hotel verfügt leider über keinen Lift, es gilt zwei lange Treppen zu erklimmen. Das ist, mit Kleinkind, vielem Gepäck, für ältere oder physisch beeinträchtigte Menschen ein enormer Nachteil. Ausserdem arbeitet das Hotel nicht, wie bei booking.com angegeben, mit Visa/ Master und/ oder ausländischer ec zusammen. Die Zahlung war ausschliesslich mit American Express oder in Bar möglich. Wenig unflexibel und sehr kompliziert, wenn man in einer fremden Stadt erst einen Bargeldautomaten suchen gehen muss. In dem Hotel roch es sehr stark nach einer Mischung aus After Shave und Tabak/ Nikotin, dieser Punkt war für uns am unangenehmsten und störte am meisten.
