We stayed in Rothenburg for two nights in October, the Prinzhotel was initially hard to find because the city is a knot of roads. Check in and out was very efficent, the room was modernized with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Our room was on the second floor in the renovated section had a view of the wall which was nice. Breakfast was German style but very good. The location was excellent for walking around the old city. We would stay here again. WiFi only avaliable in lobby so it wouldn't be good for buisness. |

Breakfasts excellent; room large, beds very comfortable. The staff were most helpful finding and phoning a garage when we had a problem. They recommended a very good local restaurant. Car parking was very limited despite mentioning it specifically when booking. We were lucky that a local man showed us a free and safe car park near the hotel. Also there was no restaurant for dinner in the hotel. |

We thought it was very convenient, pretty and well-run. Room was ample size, breakfast was plentiful and fresh. We would recommend it to any of our friends going to Rothenburg. |

The staff was very helpful, giving recommendations for restaurants in the area that weren't as touristy with great food. The rooms were simple andclean with fully modern bathrooms. Breakfast room was large and they offered a wide assortment of items. |

The hotel was pretty clean. The breakfast was also very good. We appreciated the staff taking us later than that was originally scheduled. Overall, we liked the location of the place. |

The staff were extremely freindly anf helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. Althought the outside of the hotel and lobby were very nice the room itself was okay. The beds were springy, the blankets itchy, very low ater pressure in the shower, there was water damage on the ceiling that was beginning to mold and had been porl painted over. |

How room was clean and attractive. We liked being able to park within the city walls. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was wonderful, however the were rooms renovated but the lobby and hallways were not. |

Everything was excellent...the staff, the room, the buffet breakfast. We were pleased with our stay and highly recommend this hotel. They were in the middle of renovating the reception area but we were not inconvenienced in any way. |

I liked the location it was within the city center and close to the banhof. I also liked the cleanleness of the rooms -I was surprized when i first entered the room it was not climatized....the temperature was low,,,,that i had to sleep with my clothes on...i kept a note on the reception-the reply was that the lady will tell her boss about that. The breakfast was not a 4 star hotel breakfast little quantities and fair quality. |

Newly renovated rooms and facilities. Good variety of buffet breakfast. I feel that room assignments are very bad for Booking.com guests. I was assigned rooms at the end of the corridor, face the car park, or on the first floor with a very lousy view of the back of other buildings. |

Although I know that this is temporary the hotel is still going through some renovations (specially in the lobby area) which made it a little inconvenient at times. A lot of work men and their gear in and around the lobby. |

Angela, at the reception, is a valuable employee! She was great and gave us some advice on where to go for dinner. She was nice, polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable! We will come back again! What I didn't like is that you guests had to make a reservation for dinner in the restaurant. We didn't know this and when we walked in to try to eat dinner, we were sent to another room that was cold, dark and nobody else was sitting there. The waiter was a little rude but we just didn't know that reservations were required. The restaurant menu must offer more variety to eat. |

Sunday breakfast was excellent. Our room was very quiet. The hotel was located next to the city wall. I am allergic to feather/down pillows & comforters. This resulted in very limited # of pillows and blankets. i.e. 1 small pillow each and 1 blanket each. |
