Angela, at the reception, is a valuable employee! She was great and gave us some advice on where to go for dinner. She was nice, polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable! We will come back again! What I didn't like is that you guests had to make a reservation for dinner in the restaurant. We didn't know this and when we walked in to try to eat dinner, we were sent to another room that was cold, dark and nobody else was sitting there. The waiter was a little rude but we just didn't know that reservations were required. The restaurant menu must offer more variety to eat. |

Sunday breakfast was excellent. Our room was very quiet. The hotel was located next to the city wall. I am allergic to feather/down pillows & comforters. This resulted in very limited # of pillows and blankets. i.e. 1 small pillow each and 1 blanket each. |

The breakfast was great. Kitchen staff very friendly Front desk staff was not very accomadating. Our tv was only in black and white they said we do not get all the stations. No hot water when we checked in and were told that it is an old hotel and must let the hot water run (45 minutes later still no hot water). It did work the next day. |

Quietness, excellent bath equiment and breakfast ! It is a pitty that:1. The beautiful hotel lady seems to have little smile but with cool face and eyes staring at you. 2. Some steel frames were put in front of the elevator where my son tumbled and hurt. The hotel lady said nothing can be done. It is when I recommended her (not claim) to find some way to remove otherwise no one can guarantee it will not happen again, that the stuffs were removed. |

Some parts of bath room has been broken and not fixed. There was no air conditioning system in the room and I felt a little cold during the night even in the beginning of Octobere. |

Everything! There is nothing I could say that could improve this hotel. It is probably the best hotel in this prive range I have ever stayed in. Absolutely perfect!! |

Very convenient location to the heart of town. We wanted to leave early and was surprised to find that the stairway was locked to the lobby and the elevator was turned off. We had to exit via the night door and the lobby did not open until later than we would have liked since we needed to check out. |
