Traditional Munich style of decor. Friendly, helpful staff, and a very warm, welcoming ambience. Fantastic breakfast, with a variety and quality of tea that rivals best London hotels. Rooms/bathrooms not very large, and room temperature a bit difficult to control.

Excellent location - near the Underground - easy access to all attractions. Nice atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff. Really would have liked to have a kettle in the room. After a long day walking around the city and when the the children are in bed a good cup of tea is what you need.

the design is cute and cosy internet is very slow and expensive, you can only login with one device at a time otherwise you will be charged again. reception ladies are very rude and dismissive. housekeeping simply makes the bed and leaves. the munchen palace hotel is a around the corner, slightly more expensive but much more value for money, I spent the rest of my stay there.

Very attentive staff, took special notice of our daughter and made her feel welcome. Very helpful in providing information on what to see and where to eat. Hotel location is a little out of the town center, took about 15 minutes to get to the historic district.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, besonders der Service in der Bar, trotz der späten Stunde gab es noch einen Absacker. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Preis für die Garage ist zu hoch.

gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel gute Lage zum Prinzregententheater Prosecco zum Frühstück, tolles Teeangebot sehr kleine Doppelzimmer sehr warm (überheitzt zum Schlafen) Wurst beim Frühstück könnte abgedeckt werden (trocknet sonst aus)
