The host family was originally from Armenia and were helpfull and welcoming. Their first language was Russian and second was German but they speak a fair English too. Me being from Turkey, they were very warm to me. Large bedroom and bathroom. Quite close to the tram station (halte). The rich breakfast (traditional). A good opportunity to know other people from other cultures. A bit far from the city center. I had to share the bathroom. Only if you are a last minute traveler.

Breakfast was expensive but excellent and worth it and the owners accomodated getting up early for a flight. Owners were very pleasant and helpful. 30 minutes drive from Hannover Messe, though not a difficult drive. The single beds were of poor quality - or at least they were to me. Overall , cost of 150+18 = 168 euro for 2 people per night for B&B , way outside the city is way too expensive for me.

When booked, there was no mention that object address would so far out from city centre and from Messe.

Morgenmaden på stedet var fin. FORKERTE oplysninger på WEB: Først efter at have lavet en booking opdager man at adressen er forkert og ændret fra Centrum af byen til 30 km uden for byen. Totalt forkert og uacceptabel håndtering fra såvel booking.com som af udlejer.

радушные хозяева, вкусные домашние завтраки, нет проблем с парковкой в небольшом городке. апартаменты дали в 30 км от ганноверской выставки. в апреле зима затянулась и в номере ночью было довольно холодно, батареи чуть теплые. и, как выяснилось, агентская комиссия составила больше половины от уплаченной стоимости (видимо задирают на время выставки).

Good central location. Friendly landlord. Lower cost than hotels at a very busy time. 5th floor with no lift. One bathroom for four bedrooms. Shared kitchen not kept clean. Skylight with no way to obscure light when sleeping.

Das Privatzimmer war ruhig gelegen und sauber. Die Wirtin war sehr bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Zimmerpreise während der Messe sind extrem überteuert und dann stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht!

Da das Zimmer erst später zugeteilt wurde, war der genaue Standort bis ca. 1 Woche vor der Buchung nicht bekannt. Dadurch stimmte der Standort des Hotels nicht mit den Suchparametern überein (zu weit von der Messe und der Stadt entfernt.

Rezeption (Personal, Freundlich) 1. Es war nicht der Raum wie im Bild und in der Voucher Berchreibung angegeben 2. Völlig mit Nikotin verräuchert 3. Die Tolileten waren nur durch Treppen die nicht fertig sind erreichbar (Unfallgefahr!!!) 4. Um 01:00, kam ein betrunkener Handwerker der dort wohnte in mein Zimmer und wollte in meinem Bett schlafen. Gut dass ich keine Frau bin ich konnte Ihm eine andere Idee geben. 5. Morgens um 5:50 Uhr wurde ich durch Ziggarettenqualm und Lärm geweckt. 6. das Zimmer hat mich 110 € gekostet

- Una buena fórmula, win-win, para personas que no encontramos hotel, y particulares que tienen un sitio que alquilar - Amabilidad de la familia de acogida - De antemano, no se sabe la ubicación específica de la vivienda que se vaya a tener, ni qué tipo de "hosts" se tendrán - Internet era un servicio importante para nosotras. En la reserva, se dice que no se incluye el internet. - Rigidez en "pago adelantado sin absolutamente ninguna posibilidad de cancelación"
