Very old furniture and windows, dirty floor, ugly bathroom. We haven't washed ourselves because of unpleasant look of the bathroom. At this level of services they should reduce the price to 20 eur. For a bit (10- 30eur) higher prices than at this hotel you get a higly comfortable and pleasent rooms. |

Well located for travel into city centre. Staff were fiendly and helpful In need of refurbishment and a bit of a clean up in some areas. |

Het ontbijt was redelijk - normaal en passend assortiment voor een hotel van dit niveau en prijsklasse. Zeer ontevreden over kamers en algemene indruk van het hotel. Het hotel was vies, tapijt op de gangen en in de lobby was smerig. Barservice was minimaal. Er was overal in het hotel een duidelijk sigarettenlucht aanwezig. Op de hotelkamer was gerookt. Het tapijt was smerig, de bekleding van de stoelen en bank zat vol vlekken. Heb niet aangedurfd om met blote voeten rond te lopen. |

Goed ontbijt en prijs/kwaliteit Zeer slechte kamers, vuil tapijt, kapotte inrichting. Hier moeten ze echt iets aan doen. Betrof een overnachting met 5 personen na een voetbalwedstrijd van borussia Dortmund. Met mijn gezin zou ik hier absoluut nooit naar toe gaan |

Lage mitten nicht zu weit an der U-Bahn aber irgendwie mitten in der Vorstadt im Park. Angenehm leise. Sehr alte Einrichtung- vor allem die Teppichböden sind jenseits von gutund böse. |

Ligging ten opzichte van luchthaven Dortmund Als je jezelf profileert aan reizigers die gebruik maken van het hotel in combinatie met een vlucht, hadden wij het wenselijk gevonden, dat er bij vroeg vertrek vóór 06.30 uur toch iets van een ontbijt kan worden genuttig of worden meegegeven. Wij hebben dit expliciet gevraagd maar dit werd geweigerd. |

Tiefer Preis, unweit von der U-Bahn und Stadtzentrum; Badewanne statt Dusche Kalte Atmosphäre; obsolete, schlecht gewartete Anlage; beim Erscheinen zum Frühstück wird man nicht begrüsst; sehr gefleckte und abgenütze Teppichen in Gängen und im Zimmer; Zimmer stinkt nach Zigaretten trotz Reservation von Nichtraucherzimmer; Fernseher funktionniert schlecht und Fernbedienungen überhaupt nicht; ständig laufender Dieselmotor toleriert gerade draussen sehr früh morgens; Internet... |
