Close to Koelnmesse. Near KVB station. This is one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. Non-smoking room smelt very strongly of smoke, a train line outside the window, no bedside table nor bedside reading lights. No frame to put suitcase...bed so close to desk that chair could not fit between bed and table, and bed too far to reach table. No powerpoint near to bed. The toilet space was tight between sink and toilet roll holder. |

It was close to trade fair, rooms were basic , but clean and the price was high due to trade fair, Breakfast area and reception all together, not very appealing, rooms not ready until 2 oc, not enough staff at breakfast to fill coffee pots and clear tables, 2 morning we had to clear the table ourselves and search for cutlery. |

Die Website des Hotels stellt gleich versch. Gaststätten im Umkreis vor. Wir sind einer der Empfehlungen nachgekommen und es war klasse! Auch die Preisangabe "moderat" war vollkommen zustimmend. Zudem waren Messenähe & Preis/Leistung des Hotels unschlagbar.Frühstück ist zweckmäßig und vollkommen ok: Rührei, Eier, versch. Brötchensorten, versch. Kaffeevarianten. Die Matratzen waren ziemlich durchgelegen - zwar sauber, aber viel zu weich und Rücken unfreundlich. Für mehrere Übernachtung vollkommen untauglich, wenn man bereits mit Rückenprobleme vorbelastet ist. |

Prima uitvalbasis voor bezoek aan stad. Openbaar vervoer op redelijke (loop)afstand. Rustige omgeving, goed beriekbaar met auto en graits parkeren al dan niet meteen voor of naast het hotel. |

Bedauerlicherweise gar nichts. Die negativen Punkte überragten. zu dunkle Zimmer (schlechte Beleuchtung), kein großer Spiegel, Waschbecken zu klein, Zimmereingangskarten entcodieren sich, Büffet wird nicht nachgelegt, doppelte Zimmerbelegung, kein durchgehend warmes Duschwasser, keine Steckdose im Bad, usw. |

Die Entfernung zur Messe war toll. Es geht tatsächlich zu Fuss. Kleinigkeiten sind Kinkerlitz: keine Deckenlampe, irre laut (tatsächlich auch bei geschlossenem Fenster), eine Steckdose auf 120cm Höhe im Zimmer. Cool war, dass ich erstmal in einem Zimmer gelandet bin, in dem schon jemand gewohnt hat. Noch besser, dass ich dann nachts Besuch bekommen habe von einer netten Amerikanerin, die ich allerdings nicht kannte. |

Isolé du centre, mais proche pour y aller par "Rheinparck". Idéal pour accéder au salon de "KOLN MESSE". Ensemble de l'hotel correct, propre et personnel attentif. Prix élevé par rapport à l'équipement de la chambre. Deux lits séparés et mis l'un contre l'autre alors que l'on est en couple ne présente pas le confort agréable et à ce prix, on pourrait y ajouter une bouilloire chauffante pour se faire un café instanté (par exemple)... |

Ook tijdens de Messe een lage prijs hetgeen uitzonderlijk is in Keulen. Kamers zijn school en ordelijk. Locatie is niet top en de ontvangstruimte is niet aantrekkelijk. |

Die Lage ist sehr günstig. (Messe; Kölmarena) Das Hotel ist eher einfach, was Komfort und Service angeht.Die Zimmer sind spartanisch ausgestattet und klein. Räumliche Einheit von Rezeption, Lobby, Frühstücksraum ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Tiefgarage ist für Fahrer mit größeren Autos eine Herausforderung und zudem mit 6,50 € pro Tag reichlich teuer |
