i spent only a night at the hotel with a friend and therfore can't effectively comment on the likes and the dislikes. It was fairly clean and i could reach the receptionist each time i tried. even after dialing the 0 before the actual phone number (for Aachen for instance 00241...), i still could not call any of the people i wanted to reach. |

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Good sized room and shower room. Convenient for Koln Messe. Friendly and helpful staff. Much better than previous reviews suggest. BBC or Euronews would have been preferable to CNN with improved tv reception. |

Clse to the Koelnmesse, good breakfast, very friendly and ewffective staff. Quick check-in and check-out. The railway line close to the hotel - can get pretty loud, but not annoying to the point that you cannot sleep. Due to it's location (out of the center) it's sometimes a long wait before the reserved taxi shows up. |

Close to Koelnmesse. Near KVB station. This is one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. Non-smoking room smelt very strongly of smoke, a train line outside the window, no bedside table nor bedside reading lights. No frame to put suitcase...bed so close to desk that chair could not fit between bed and table, and bed too far to reach table. No powerpoint near to bed. The toilet space was tight between sink and toilet roll holder. |

Il ne se situe pas trop loin du centre. Il est très propre, très confortable. Idéal pour un long week-end. Lepetit déjeuner est très copieux, bien achalandé à toute heure. Il y avait beaucoup de monde au petit déjeuner donc un peu d'attente pour avoir une table. |

Das Hotel ist sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr für die Fahrt in die Innenstadt angebunden (Haltestelle Stegerwaldsiedlung bis Neumarkt 11 min./Fährt auch nachts). Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, saubere und schöne Zimmer. Für ein 2 Sterne Hotel optimal, schöner Eingangsbereich. Mitarbeiter sind teilweise sehr unaufmerksam. Vorteile und vor allem Preis Leistung (59 €/ Doppelzimmer/ Nacht mit Frühstück) überwiegen jedoch. Würden das Hotel wieder buchen. |
