A lot of noise due to railway station near by and street noise as the room was in ground floor.
The hotel is generally in need of a good refurbishment
The Staff were lovely, it is a shame that they have to work in such a terrible environment. Great Location for the show ground
The evening food was terrible (worse than a school dinner, I would not feed it to my dog even if he had miss behaved all day), It was noisy, the room was cold with no fixed radiator, and the trains went by my room all evening. There were not enough electrical sockets, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom fan was on all evening with no facility to turn it off, the air conditioning unit did not work, the hallway to my room was damp and smelt like it has been flooded! The lift was painfully slow and the whole place looked tired and depressing.
We were traveling with a pet and afterwords we got a bill from cleaning the teppich because our dog "left" something in the room. We have been traveling a lot with this dog and he has NEVER done anything in the room and if he would have done something we should have smelt it!! I phoned but they just said that the house-cleaning found it under the bed. The dog is 80 cm's height!!! Very strange. Received a bill for 45 euro's for cleaning!!!!!!
-Very bad service, specialy the manager. -I was there for business trip, I had a bag full of catalogues in my room, from the euro blech exhibition, and they just threw it out!!Not even a sorry. -The rooms are small and noisy from the trains. Internet is very slow. -The hotel smells like mold everywhere. -I will never suggest this hotel for any one. Believe me when the manager is the owner and he is providing a bad service, run to the other direction.
Rooms are in urgent need for renovation
Train Noice at night , Small rooms, slow wf
People were helpful
The room and no English TV at all
For good place due near S bhan Messe/ Latzen
The breakfast buffet was very nice, both in terms of quality and variety.
Lack of noise insulation. Trains comming and going all night long. Also, bed too small.
Room needs updating
Staff very friendly and never an issue to help you with any information, the meals were great as well along with the location
Size of the room
Non professional staff with very limited facility
Small rooms, damaged elevator.
Very close to Exhibition Centre so very easy to walk in 5 minutes. Also a covered walk way if it is raining. Also next to a train station, so good for travel
It was very hot when we were there and whilst there is a heater on the wall which will blow air, it appears that the airconditioning was removed some time ago. If you can manage with warm rooms, then this wouldn't be a negative (or the right time of year of course).
The attitude of the staff The service Breakfast Was excellent
The price for the day is very expensive relative to the room Where are all out of proportion
Very close to Hannover Messe
Staff were good, walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Wifi was useful and reasonable speed.
Lighting in rooms was poor - switches were in inconvenient places and bathroom was very dark. Pillows were awful and beds moved at the slightest push.
Great staff; very helpful. Comfortable room.
A computer with internet access available to guests would be very helpful; otherwise have to travel into the city just to check email.
The signal of wifi and the speed of internet was low.
Great position if you go to visit or exhibit at the Hannover Messe
Hotel structure, built to maximize the number of rooms. low roof, narrow ways, small rooms, bad furniture and room tech services (lights, beds position, bathroom not confortable).Price not honest! I have payed for a Ferrari and driven a Fiat 500...that actually is a good car but you hate it if you pay too much to buy it...
Excellent location for the Fair.
Expensive. Noisy location. Simple facilities.
Language difficulties to arrive with ease. Location was not clearly visible. Nearest train station not advised properly on the phone or the internet.
