Location as it was perfect for the Messe Hanover and right next to train station.

Price, Old Rooms, in need of repair and modernization. Room Key kept failing to the point weer I was having to ask to be let in my room by a member of staff. No free wifi. TV was tiny and channels were poor. Certainly seem to rely on the location as a selling point as not much else going for it.

Cannot sleep all night. - Bed are very small - No internet and Hotpot charges are very expensive. - No hair dryer. Hotel staff ask me to go collect the hair dryer at reception and need to pay $10 deposit. Are you joking !!! - Housekeeping did not lock my door after clean-up - Housekeeping knock on my door at 8 AM in the mnorning. - Terrible stay and will not recommand to anyone.

When I complained they rectified the situation immediately. Very polite and well trained staff

The shower broke, and I couldn't sleep in the night because the train station was opposite my room, despite the fact that they provided ear-plugs.

The building must have been recycled from a factory. Smell mix of old and smoking. Bed is really bad, cannot sleep on that. Mattress made of foam.The first thing you find when you enter is earplugs. Because you hear everything from outside your room. Too many narrow doors to open to get to the room. Not value for money. Really did not feel comfortable. They stress you to finish breakfast before the timeout. No express laundry service in the hotel.

Heating was awfull....I got sick...and you can not ask extra blanket...it is limited....

Easy check in, bus to fair is just outside front door.

Upon check in, staff could have told me food options, instead I trapsed around for half an hour looking. Not a big deal though.

At 150Euros this Hotel was far too expensive for the facilty it is.

Great breakfast, very comfortable beds, Hannover Messe just around the corner, shopping center 2 minutes away.

Noisy! It is in-front of the train station/tracks, and the trains pass every 10 minutes 24hrs a day... passenger trains, cargo trains... but still somehow I slept better than i slept in other quiet hotels. They provide 2 sets of ear plugs - didn't use them.

Breakfast was good, staff did their best. Distance to "Messe" is good, however, see te caveat below.

The price is a theft! Lowest value for money I've ever seen in a European hotel. Room was too cold, not even central heating in the room! Too noisy due to location next to (busy) railway and cargo hub. Lighting was poor: no central lamp or switches in room or bathroom, only two bare bulbs. Minimal, useless sink and shabby shower curtain. Absolutely no facilities. Ah, yes: the price.... Beware of this "tourist magnet", unless you als wish to trade in €195,- for a cold, noisy and comfortless night.

I've got a full list: Small rooms although advertised as large rooms, had the impression that the hotel was falling apart. Internet costs 5€/h or 20 eur for 10h !! Far from the city Hard to find Parking opened only by demand at reception The restaurant offered just one menu
