We had booked the room as we had an evening event to attend in the adjacent Kur & Kongress Center. The location was so convenient, just a few steps from the conference hall. The room was clean, comfortable & well equipped. We had a balcony overlooking the Franken Therme Spa which is right next door. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices, both hot and cold items were available,

First, let me say that it was the absolute cleanest hotel that we've ever stayed in. All the floors were either sparkling from cleanliness or the carpets looked brand new they were so well kept. No dust anywhere and the whole place had a nice smell that was very comforting. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested a fan for our room: not because of temperature problems, we need the sound of a fan in order to sleep: the desk clerk and house technician found us a fan in the attic and brought it to our room on the third floor. Very nice of them. We booked this weekend vacation because we wanted to enjoy some relaxing spa time at the Franken Therme next door. The hotel provided bath robes and towels and allowed you to get your Therme pass at the front desk. The nicest deal of it all is that they have a tunnel from the hotel to the therme that is heated so you can go from your room to the spa in a bathrobe! This eliminates the need of a community locker and/or waiting in line at the therme. It was very efficient and worry free. The hotel restaurant had delicious food and it looked very nice. There's an optional buffet for 19€ or you can order from their menu which was even better priced. The serving ladies were very friendly as well. The hotel also has a bar that is decorated nicely, called a cafe, and was peaceful and quiet. Our whole stay was peaceful.

It's a new hotel. The spa is adjacent. The only pool is at the spa and it is about 8 Euro for 2 hours, i believe. No exercise equipment room?

Gesamteindruck positiv Freundlichkeit + Flexibilität des Personals im Restaurant Direkter Weg zur Therme Abgenutzte Armsessel auf Zimmer sind nicht einladend. Alternative Speisen im Restaurant fehlen. Freundlichkeit an Rezeption wirkt nicht immer autentisch.

It was a fair priced hotel with the added bonus of a thermal spa near by. Balcony for every room and quiet location. Food was a bit patchy in the restaurant, decor a bit strange: themed on Ancient Egypt they did not really pull it off
