The location could not be better.The breakfast was nice,hotel staff very friendly. The bathroom design is a bit weird for me,but it could be just my room - 213. |

Its location. All staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. Spacious and well-cleaned room. Variety of Breakfast. Amenities(L'Occitaine). Staff at the breakfast room did not help us at all to find the table even though the place was very crowded and we asked for a help. We had to wait quite some time and eventually searched for a table on our own. But, I guess this is not a rare case for busy breakfast time. |

We were absolutely satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Very comfortable, clean, spacious, perfect services and perfect location. We did not like the fact that we were charged for the internet connection. In a hotel of such quality, internet should not be charged. |

All was absolutely perfect! It could be nice to put tea set in the room, but there is such wide choice of cafe around, so it s not a very important point. Restaurant on 6th floor is great, view is fantastic! |

A lovely experience for four days. We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent standard of the hotel throughout - location, staff, the rooms (we stayed in two, one with shower and one with bath)were very well-appointed and the beds were very comfortable, the buffet breakfast was a great start to the day. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys the better things in life. |

Location is excellent. Hotel has modern design and decoration. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Perfect cleanliness. Breakfast is abundant. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel offers limo shuttle services at normal taxi rates. |

location, parking facilities the room cleaning took place late in the afternoon even though the room was vacant after 9am. That is not convenient. |

Warm and friendly welcome. Nice big room. We enjoyed the dressing gowns and slippers. Loved every moment. Maybe you should add English Breakfast tea to your collection of tea's. Would be nice. |

Great room, great value, breakfast was very good, maybe not like a 5* palace but much better than some reviews suggested, perhaps they have taken note and improved it, it was served on the roof terrace of the hotel, not in the Canadian restaurant as some guests experienced. Some building works still going on opposite in the Transport Museum mean perhaps long lie-ins will be disturbed in the morning. I was given a wonderful room which definitely compensated for this. |

Great location, immediately adjacent to the Frauenkirche, which you overlook from the wonderful 6th floor breakfast room, safe and secure underground parking. Modern, comfortable room with a bath. Attentive staff. Nice 'deisgner' feel to the place. |

It is right next to the Frauenkirche. Good shopping and restaurants are very near. The staff helped me immediately and with a smile whenever I needed them. The overall sense was one of excellence. The hotel designer took his concept of 'less is morte' too far. I tried to take a shower, but although I have stayed in hotels all over the world, I couldn't make out how to turn the water on! There were no explanations anywhere to be seen. Neither were there any signs in front of the hot dishes in the breakfast room. I, and everyone else, had to lift up the covers to see what was in them. |
