Breakfast and location. The restaurant in comparison with the restaurants in the area is good value for money.

The WIFI service is poor or better horrendous! In some areas the bandwidth is so slow that an android cannot link up to internet. The use of WIFI is important today especially to maintain contact with work responsibilities. One connection is given for one day and for other connections i had to present my ID card for an extension of 48 Hours. But it seems to be the same with other Choice hotels.....it is as if they are giving you gold. I chose this hotel also because of the availability of WIFI but never again. Double bedrooms are small with bed pushed against the wall. The marks this hotel gains on the catering front it loses on the services of wifi and room size. 4star standing is too high better classified as 3 star.

Not very nice smell in bathrooms - like old urin - maybe the chemicals ore uncleaned textiles used in the toilet (wc)?? Same bad smell in both rooms

family appartment for 5 = 1 tiny double room converted and sold for a price of an appartment - was a joke!!!

I liked the convenience of it location in relation to the railway station. The room was quite small, the bed against the wall. That was advertised though for the price, so I was expecting it. The breakfast was delicious and there was an excellent variety of dishes. It was a good value stay.

Nowhere was it advertised that the hotel was in Partenkirchen, not Garmisch. The Reception had to be asked for a map and they weren't exactly helpful about telling us anything about much at all, except for where the breakfast room was. We were charged 10 Euro for having a pet with us, about which I had to ring the hotel after we came back to where we were staying. I had to check my booking on my computer to make sure all tax was included in the price and that "Pet" was not the name of a particular tax I hadn't heard of. The woman on Reception said that she would credit it to my account. I have yet to see it appear. We actually had no luggage except for handbag and pockets and had no car, so we don't know where the "Pet" came from.

Great breakfast. Great location - walk to the ski slopes. Great room, with separate bedroom for adults, which was very nice.

I liked to make the check out and go out of this smoking smelled hotel. Location was good.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. Non smokers stay away from this hotel. We use booking.com for several years and this was one of our worst experience. The 1st and 3rd floors stink of cigarrete as well as the bar and common areas. We arrived late in the evening and they got us a room in the third floor which was stinking of cigarrete. We specifically ordered a non smoking room in our reservation. We had to change the room 3 times (one in the middle of the night) because our clothes were smelling cigarrete. In the check out the least I expected was an apology but the person just said, next time book a non smoking room. I showed my reservation and she didnt even apologize for our horrible night. Wi-fi doesn´t work in the rooms.

Good breakfast, communicative personal, clean аnd cosy rooms.

I have booked "family room" with 2 separate rooms but in fact our family have recieved 1 room with two double beds.

The hotel was in a great location and the price was reasonable as well.

We had asked for a non-smoking room and the only floor they had with no smoking was on the 2nd floor and it still smelled badly of smoke. We actually only stayed one night instead of 3 because the smell of smoke was so bad.

We had a room in the front of the hotel over looking the mountains. Even though we were on a main street when the windows and door were shut it was quiet. Breakfast was excellent.

Check in staff not very friendly, but efficient.

Excellent location. Next to the railway station. The best part was that the Europecar office was adjacent to the hotel. Very convenient to pick or drop off the car which we did. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Breakfast was the best I had in a long time!

Good breakfast and warm service to my family, it's also very closed to the trainstation to start the view-exploration there.Anyway, this is a very good hotel there.
