Kessy and Sylvia were excellent staff. Very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Room was basic, clean and missing mini fridge. Staff more than made up for any negatives. Has dinner and breakfast in hotel and both were delicious and excellent. The lamb was wonderful and the free breakfast had a lot of choices, all delicious. Would stay there again. Air conditioning couldn't be set to our comfort, we like it cold!

Günstiges Preis-Leitungsverhältnis.Frühstück OK Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse,hinter dem Hotel führt eine Bahnstracke vorbei---Geräuschkullisse,langsames Internet.

Es hieß Frühstück ab 6 Uhr. War 6:45 Uhr der erste Gast und bis Beendigung des Essens war trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage keine warme Speise (Ei etc.) verfügbar obwohl es im Angebot da sein sollte! Das war sehr ärgerlich! Zumal ich morgens keine Wurst esse und somit nur auf die Marmelade zurück greifen konnte.

günstige Lage zur Freiheitshalle (Event), phantastisches Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches Personal. Nach 4 Stunden Anreise mit dem Auto habe ich um 12.15 Uhr eingescheckt und den Schlüssel an der Reception erhalten. Im Zimmer angekommen, stellte ich fest, dass das Zimmer noch nicht gemacht war. Mit der Servicekraft vereinbarte ich dann, nochmal wegzugehen, damit sie das Zimmer herrichten konnte. Das ist mir noch nie passiert, zumal ich sehr müde war und es sehr kalt war. Das war sehr ärgerlich.

Das Essen hat sich im Vergleich vor 3 Jahren wesentlich verbessert. An 7 Tagen habe ich im Hotel gegessen und alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt..

Schönes Zimmer, gute Küche, sehr günstig. Das TV Gerät im Zimmer ist mit 32 cm Bilddaigonale nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich und aufmerskam, kostenloser Parkplatz, gratis wlan Das Licht im Zimmer braucht eine Weile, bis es richtig hell wird, vermutlich eine Energiesparlampe. Aber kein Weltuntergang.
