Good staff, amazing breakfest. Tha sauna and fitness are very good, too. A little bit far from downtown, but we rented a car, so it wasnt an issue for us.

More or less everything. Large and comfortable rooms. Free internet. Access to a free sauna and jacuzzi. Solarium and training facilities. But most of all, the hotel offers one of the best breakfast buffets ever. Location is a very small minus. A cheap and regular tram service less then 5 minutes walk from the hotel, compensates for the location.

We did book a room for 3 my son was there and we received a lovely big room like a suite. The breakfast was more the good we had everything. Staff very friendly, rooms clean. Not applicable

Everything was excellent, staff was very helpful, very clean, large room, even had a little kitchen inside(which we didn't expect). It's a bit far away from the center of Augsburg,around 10 euro by taxi

Quality Hotel Augsburg is a phenomenal hotel. It is modern in design, rooms are spacious, staff was fl very friendly and cordial. The breakfast buffet was the best I have experienced during my European travels. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to Augsburg. The best hotel I have stayed at in Europe

The Quality hotel is an Excellent place to stay. This is our 3rd trip there and can't wait to come back again! The Breakfast is just amazing!! Would only suggest to the hotel to put clocks in the room. There is no clock or alarm in the rooms and this would be a beneficial ammenity. Thank you.

The best hotel in my opinion. Defined as 4 star hotel , this hotel can perfectly be 5 star , as for the comfort , facilities and very very good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and everything is designed to fullfil the needs of the guest. The big , modern and comfortable lounge for smoking is very comfortable. If in Ausburg again , defenetly I will stay in this hotel again
