Fantastic staff, free wifi, some free parking outside the hotel, quiet on the backside of the hotel (where we were), and a fabulous Sunday breakfast buffet (don't know if it's the same during the week, but it was great on Sunday). |

This was the best place to stay on our trip on Romantic Path. We got 2 excellent rooms with kitchen and terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great - take tram #1 and you are in historic downtown in 15-20 min. And we could not leave breakfast room in the morning, because the food was various and delicious. This hotel is The Best! |

Free Internet, free parking, decent quality free breakfast. You can hear a little the traffic in the rooms on the street side, so if you're a sensitive sleeper, bring earplugs. |

We got an upgrade to a Suite and it was excellent. Jacuzzi and Sauna were great. Breakfast was wonderful with a great choice of everything. |

a great hotel,staff were exceptional,everything provided,coffee,cookies,coolwater,fruit,24 hours.breakfast was the best we had experienced,nothing was too much trouble,great staff. the only problem was the hotel is not in the centre of town,but a short tram ride away,great if you have a car,free parking. |

The hotel was better than I expected. The room was comfortable, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful, and the breakfast was very good and varied. We had supper at the hotel the night of our arrival and the food was excellent and the waitress was a delight. |

The quality of the furnishings and fittings in the hotel. We had intended to go in to the town centre for dinner but ate in hotel restaurant. The friendliness of hotel reception was good. Ease of car parking as we were travelling by car |

Stayed overnight on a road trip from from SE UK to N Adriatic. Room ("Superior") was big, clean and quiet, staff very friendly and the breakfast to die for! Hotel parking very spacious. Excellent vaue for money. |

I like the room best and the food best. It is a huge family room with a big private balcony on the top floor. Dinner was great quality for the price, and breakfast was gorgeous. The sauna and the jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is a small plastic pool with warm (but not hot) water. In the sauna, a old woman lay naked and refused to cover herself up even though my husband and teenage son were going in (I stopped them in time). I called the receptionist, who said it was normal and they won't do anything. |
