I have been staying at this Isabella Hotel for long time. I like the place very much and I think the best advantage is connected to the Neu-Isenburg shopping center.

Unfortunately on 17 floor in the high winds there is a 'whistle; from the doors to the balcony( minor irritation)

Aspect of the rooms.. Old stained carpets. some places haven't seen cleaning in years (for example the power plugs on the bathroom..)

I liked the way the hotel room was.

That there was only one entry to the hotel after hours.

Sauna, Gym was advertised but not available, this is not your traditional hotel - it is an apartment building that was converted to hotel - has the feel of an eastblock (DDR) building

Very easy to find from the highway, no need to enter in Frankfurt. Very good breakfast. Big rooms. For a tranzit is it is perfect.

In the reservation there was not any information that not all the rooms are equiped with an air conditionning system --> 10€ more cost.

Comfortable rooms, good service and if you don't purchase breakfast in the hotel you can go to the supermarket in 50 m from the hotel and buy there extremely taste fruit salads.

The partition in the bathroom was made in a very strange way, so after taking shower all bathroom floor was full of water and it takes about 5 minutes to take it away with the towel. I asked other guests about this problem and they all have the same situation.

Nice hotel next to shopping mall just a few steps and you are there. price was good. room big enough for family and clean

Spacious and comfortable room with a good view.

It was a great value, no luxury, but everything you need. It is also attached to a shopping center With restaurants and supermarkets and everything you need!

Close to the airport, easy parking

- Noisy room, little kids running in the floor corridors, neighbors celebrating until 0:30am, you get a feeling as if you just arrived in the "projects" - Need to wait to much time for the elevators - Elevators in poor shape (scary!) - In one evening the restaurant was off due to "problem with the chef" as explained by the barman (could it be the food...?). i was offered drinks instead but this did not help at all...

Reception staff very helpful. Spacious rooms were very clean. Breakfast had a good choice of good quality items.

Bar area not very comfortable, but this room/area clearly had a dual role so was only adequate. No air con in bedrooms made for a very warm nights.

Beds were nice and large room.

The town is not that nice, I would stay in another town next time.

Bathroom nice and claen, and the bed was good. Spacious room with a balcony in 17th floor.

Dirty carpet in the room. And some dirty spots on chairs and so.

We been in this hotel a couple of times. Now the have renovated rooms. The price is still good. To the airport and the city of Frankfurt, it is a great location. Shopping is just arround the corner.

Very spacious rooms with balconies and next door to the wonderful El Paso restaurant with its excellent service and food. Private car park opposide the hotel. Short drive from Frankfurt airport
