The location, the breakfast and the quiet room. The advertised restaurant was closed during the entire stay. The only bar was closed on a Sunday and with no minibar, which had been removed, you had to go out. I attempted to speak to the manager on the Friday, but the staff, who could not help, advised the manager was away until 08.00 on Monday. On Monday the staff advised the manager was on holiday. There was nobody in authority to deal with!!! |

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was included in the price and was one of the best that I've had in Germany. Additionally, the price of the room was actually 10 Euro cheaper than quoted. The hotel is located very close to the old city which made for an enjoyable walk. Have stayed there before and will stay again. |

The breakfast setting was nice and convenient The check-out staff was very rude and I would not like dealing with the receptionist again. Impatient and disrespectful. There should have been prior notice about the dining facility not being operational to afford a choice of another hotel if desired. It wasn't always convenient to leave the hotel to eat lunch or dinner. No elevator access to the below ground parking was a drawback. |

Als Business Hotel für eine Übernachtung okay. Für eine Stadtetour Stuttgart vielleicht zu weit außerhalb. Küche und Bar-Service sind "übersichtlich" gestaltet. |

Καθαρό και συγυρισμένο απο όλες τις απόψεις. Το προσωπικό πολύ συνεργάσιμο και ευγενικό. Πολύ καλό πρόγευμα. Πιθανόν κάποιες επιπλέον πληροφορίες ή πινακίδες στα Αγγλικά εντός του ξενοδοχείου, για όσους δεν γνωρίζουν την Γερμανική γλώσσα. |

Sehr gutes Restaurant, Frühstücksbuffet, Service, Lage Badezimmer müssten renoviert werden, Duschvorhang und Silikonfugen befinden sich in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Zum Frühstück nicht genügend Plätze vorhanden, zu wenig Personal um die freiwerdenden Plätze abzuräumen und wiederherzurichten |
