I'm delighted by this hotel. We've booked a double room, but the hotel have given us room-studio without extra charge. The room is large and well-equipped. The parking is free of charge and comfortable. The hotel is situated in quiet suburb.

Zimmer war sauber und ansprechend. Frühstück war sehr gut. Preis Leistung war schlecht. Es gab keinen Bademantel für Sauna und keine Seife in der Sauna. Gastronomie hätte man mehr erwartet. Waren 8 Tage vorher im Heide Kröpke, gleiche Preiskategorie aber bessere Leistungen.

Kostenlose Schwimmbadnutzung, nettes Personal Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, daher leicht schangelig, gerade im Bad, aber noch vollkommen in Ordnung!!

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, gutes Restaurant, umfangreiches und schmackhaftes Frühstück, umfangreiche Angebote (Massage, Tennis, Kegeln) Zimmer unsauber (Flecken an Zimmerdecke, verdreckter Duschvorhang, Spinnen im Zimmer) abgewetztes Mobiliar Lüftung im Bad defekt und schimmlig scharfkantiges Radio mit fehlendem Knopf in Bettrahmen eingebaut. Wlan im Zimmer kaum empfangbar

- gute Erreichbarkeit von der Autobahn - verbessertes Frühstücksbuffet - Komfort Doppelzimmer neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet - freundliche und moderne Ausstattung im Bad - schnelle Reaktion des Hotels auf die Buchung im Internet - gute Parkmöglichkeiten - 15€ für Frühstück sind zu viel - Hellhörigkeit (die Geräusche auf dem Flur drangen fast ungedämpft ins Zimmer) - Verwechslung von telefonischen Absprachen zum Aufenthalt mit anderen Hotelgästen - gebuchtes Komfort Doppelzimmer nicht größer als die angebotenen Standard Doppelzimmer (Standard Doppelzimmer haben die ältere Ausstattung, jedoch die gleiche Grundfläche)

Zimmer klein, vor allem das Bad. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers schon in die Jahre gekommen. Preis dafür deutlich zu hoch, vor allem das Frühstück mit 15 Euro/Person überzogen. Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend. Abendessen gut und preisgerecht.

Der Empfang; die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption Geräuschpegel im Zimmer viel zu laut. Balkontürdichtung undicht, zu laute Außengeräusche, besonders der Biergarten störend u. Geräusche von der naheliegenden Autobahn Für jemanden, der an einem Seminar teilnehmen muss,,evtl. früh schlafen gehen muss, ist diese sehr störend.. Die Duschwanne, es war eine Badewanne mit sehr hohem Einstieg u. einem Vorhang davor. Nach dem Duschen war das halbe Badezimmer nass. Glühbirnen in einer Stehlampe funktionierten nicht.
