Location to town and old town in walking distance or with trams/bus outside. Design is nice.Some free parking at side of hotel. Internet charges.Menu only in German. €180 a night for very little. Higher standard room still had v small bathroom with door opening in and in line with sink, so one hit the person in there if entering, or was too hot to use hair dryer with door shut. Door should be hung other way.Minimilist taken a little far with small storage space.There are cheaper alternatives if out all day. Nothing to do in the hotel/only bar. No toiletries in bathroom in line with other comparable star hotels.No alternative pillows to v soft. |

The hotel is entirely new (interior) and is meticulously clean and comfortable; the staff were excellent. Ideal for a one or two night stay. Limited parking. The hotel garage was state of the art, but could not accommodate my E Class Mercedes as it was too long to stack and the on street parking meters will not allow one to purchase a ticket in the evening that is valid when required from 7 am the next day. |

The staff was fantastic. I arrived at the hotel with a medical problem. The staff went out of their way to help me, and arranged to get me to a clinic. When I returned, they showed true concern, and did everything possible to make me confortable. The rooms are modern and clean. The resturant was outstanding. I have traveled the world, and have not found a better staff at a hotel. This hotel should not be missed. |

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich & das Zimmer war perfekt geputzt - super Housekeeping! Ansonsten ansprechendes, modernes Design. Aufgrund der nicht verdunkelten Dachfenster in ca. 3m Höhe konnte ich nach Sonnenaufgang nicht mehr schlafen, was sehr ärgerlich war. Als Entgegenkommen erhielt ich den Minibarverzehr gratis....Das Zimmer und insbesonderer die Flure sowie das Treppenhaus wirken sehr kahl. Das Mitarbeiter nach Dienstschluss mit Freunden in der Bar trinken finde ich für ein 4 Sterne Haus befremdlich. |

Het ontbijt was zelfs naar Duitse begrippen uitzonderlijk goed verzorgd. De kamer was ruim en smaakvol Ik vond 20 euro voor een babybed wat aan de hoge kant. De prijs van het ontbijt daarentegen is, voor wat wordt geboden, erg schappelijk. |

Sehr saubere Zimmer,nettes Personal Lautes Zimmer. Jeder Ton und jedes Gehen auf dem Flur ist zu hören. Grund Parkettfussboden, Tür ist nicht schalldicht genug. |

Het hotel ligt op redelijke afstand tot het centrum. Het is een modern, fris hotel met enthousiast personeel. Zoals door andere gasten eerder opgemerkt is het werk in de keuken voor het klaarmaken van het ontbijt luidruchtig. Dit moet gemeld worden omdat zij zelf hier niet van op de hoogte zijn. |

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und mit edlen Materialien ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr grosszügig. Die Zimmerschränke sind so eingebaut, dass im Zimmer viel Luft bleibt. Die Altstadt ist sehr gut auch zu Fuss zu erreichen. Eine Bus- und Strassenbahnhaltestelle liegt praktisch vor der Tür. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück lässt sich je nach Hunger auswählen. Man muss nicht zwingend das grosse Buffet nehmen. Da das Hotel gerade eine Woche geöffnet hatte, schwirrten noch einige Handwerker rum. Was uns aber nicht gross behindert hat. Was gefehlt hat sind Hotelinformationen im Zimmer, z.B. von wann bis wann es Frühstück gibt. |
