The hotel was okay - nothing better than that... It was clean, comfortable, and reception staff reasonably pleasant. Whole thing a bit cold and clinical. Breakfast far too expensive at 19 Euros each. |

Good business hotel Taking advantage of the "Intergeo" rush, the hotel charged quite an elevated rate and the hotel is definitely not worth what I paid |

A short 15mins walk takes you to cafes and restaurants. There is free car parking within the grounds and additional payable car parking is available. My wife had the misfortune to leave several items at the hotel which the Staff kindly returned promptly and efficiently - much appreciated. Good value for price paid. Smoking room requested and provided - however, smoking rooms could perhaps be aired before occupancy - just a small point but the facility was appreciated. |

The personnel were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the conference center was nearby. Breakfast is too expensive (€ 19), and the bar was closed for a summer break |

Adequate for our needs of 3 night stay. Having booked a quiet Comfort double room at the rear of the hotel we were given a noisy room on the front. After complaining and the staff saying the hotel was full we were moved to a twin room on the 9th floor at the rear but still noisy. Cramped because we had an extra bed for our daughter in the room. We would not stay again. |

Kind reception, nice room with soft duvet and fresh linen, lot of channels on tv. Very good value for money (I think we got a promotional week end rate). a chipped glass, that's it. expensive breakfast so we didn't try it. |

convenient location to Hauptbahnhof station and Ka central shopping and restaurants. Needs tea/coffee making facilities in room. needs a make up / shaving magnified mirror as the bathroom isdark.A better selection of TV channels = American and UK guests only have news channels in own language! Monday morning breakfast was only cold buffet ( no hot selections) yet the breakfast rate is the same as other days of the week. |

I received an automated wake-up call at 6:30am which I did not request. When I called to complain, the staff did not seem to think this was a problem. At check out the staff was nicer but I feel they should have made my breakfast or mini-bar purchases complimentary or free of charge. |

Top Personal Die Abwasserleitungen sind schon älter (ich kenne das Hotel seit seiner Erbauung) und riechen im Badezimmer spektakulär schlecht wenn ein Zimmer einige Tage nicht benutz worden ist. |
