All services are avaible at one place, the hotel location is very good to make walking exercises and also to visit the city center. Please move check out time to ar least to 12:00 |

The rooms, the facilities, etc. were top class undoubtedly. A bit pricey but the services provided were excellent. Hotel services were good, though staff who were more conversant and comfortable with English would have helped slightly better. Also, it would also help if staff had more information in English with regards to nearby tourist places and hot spots. Not for someone who is looking to cut corners for cost. |

Location of hotel, staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The steam room and sauna was nice, but the indoor pool was to cool. The parking was limited. the spa facility was closed on Sunday, if it was open I would have had a massage and facial. |

Man hat trotz Vorauszahlung und fest gebuchtem, nicht stornierbaren Tarif versucht, bei der Abreise von mir ca. 60,- € zu viel zu kassieren. Der Vorgang konnte erst nach Hinzuziehung einer weiteren MA geklärt werden. Zudem teilt das Hotel in der Buchungsbestätigung eine niedrigere als die tatsächliche Kurtaxe mit, die mit tatsächlich 5,60/Tag aberwitzig hoch ist in Baden-Baden ! Sehr ärgerlich ! |

hotel zag er netjes verzorgd uit. afstand naar centrum was verder dan verwacht (hebben taxi genomen) en de bar was niet bepaald om gezellig een avond door te brengen. erg donker en het stonk naar rook. |
