Size of the room and comfortable bed. Vicinity to the city. Rooms were not properly cleaned on the second day. Iron curtain to block the light during the night did not work. As compensation we received a fruit basked and vouchers for a free drink at the bar. Still we found 106euro excl. breakfast overpriced. We have seen much nicer and smaller hotels in the centre that were unfortunately fully booked during NYE. |

The rooms, the facilities, etc. were top class undoubtedly. A bit pricey but the services provided were excellent. Hotel services were good, though staff who were more conversant and comfortable with English would have helped slightly better. Also, it would also help if staff had more information in English with regards to nearby tourist places and hot spots. Not for someone who is looking to cut corners for cost. |

Location of hotel, staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The steam room and sauna was nice, but the indoor pool was to cool. The parking was limited. the spa facility was closed on Sunday, if it was open I would have had a massage and facial. |

Die 4 Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt da das Hotel alt ist, kein Flair hat,alles klein und verwinkelt ist. Außerdem war die Buchungs eines Candl-Ligth-Dinner im Restaurant des Hauses nicht richtig angekommen. Die Service-Dame machte es aber kurzfristig dann doch noch möglich. |

Großes geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon (Blick ins Grüne), Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet (17,00 Euro pro Person) von Müsli bis Lachs alles da. :-) Kostenlose Tiefgarage (wenig Plätze) :-( Schöner Wellnessbereich (1 Sauna, 1 Dampfbad, 1 Solarium, Pool) und Kosmetik. Aus dem Garten könnte man was machen, der sah etwas trostlos aus.... |

Die Bediensteten waren an Empfang und im Restaurant sehr aufmerksam und verbindlich freundlich.Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und zum Wohlfühlen geeignet. Das Frühstück als Extraleistung halte ich für nicht so günstig, zumal der Preis von € 19 schon hoch angesetzt ist. |

Rezeption ist sehr kompetent und freundlich. Frühstücksbüffet für € 19,00 pro Person war uns zu teuer und es gab im Hotel keine andere Möglichkeit, ein kleines Frühstück zu bekommen, wir sind also in die Stadt gegangen. |

De ligging is perfect. Je zit op 10 minuten loopafstand van het centrum. 19 euro pp voor het ontbijt is te hoog. Prijs/kwaliteit in dit hotel staat niet in verhouding.We hebben om die reden in het centrum ontbeten. |
