Die Lage in Berlin, Nähe zur U-Bahn, das ruhige Zimmer Zimmer war etwas zu klein. Frühstücksraum ab ca. 08:30 überfüllt, es gab Wartezeiten.

Das sehr leckere Frühstücksbüffet war relativ schnell geplündert. Ab ca. 9 Uhr wurde leider nur auf Nachfrage nachgelegt. Die zu wenigen Servicekräfte kamen mit dem Abräumen kaum nach, Tische wurden nicht abgeputzt. Wer gut und in aufgeräumter Atmosphäre frühstücken will, muss früh aufstehen.

Dejligt med P-plads under hotellet. Standarden er I orden uden at være prangende. Vi havde faktisk bestilt et stille værelse med 2 enkeltsenge, men det kunne ikke leveres. Værelset vi fik var ok, men ikke støjfrit. WiFi var med I prisen, men hastigheden er laaangsom (256 kb) og det er noget bøvl man kun får en voucher til en time ad gangen. Morgenmaden er god, men med plads til forbedringer.

Det er et hotel, der ligger godt for os, der ikke har noget imod at tage hverken U-bahn eller spadsere til centrum. Venligt og servicemindet personale. Dejligt lokalområde med forretninger, restauranter og I et hyggeligt område, hvor man kan se, at berlinenerne har et liv og bruger nærområdet. Endvidere er det rigtig nemt at komme til hotellet, når man som os kommer ad motorvej fra Danmark. Hotellet er fredeligt beliggende og de gange, hvor vi har spist morgenmad der, har der været et rigtig godt udvalg prisen taget I betragtning. Vi kommer tilbage. Har boet der 4 gange og er absolut ikke færdige med det hotel. Man er vel tryghedssøgende.

Amabilité et serviabilité du personnel, notamment à l'accueil, attentionné vis à vis du client et pas avare d'informations pour orienter le client sur une destination bien précise dans la capitale. Excellente situation pour rayonner dans Berlin ( proximité d'une station de métro). Petits déjeuners somptueux.

Für unsere Tochter wurde ohne Aufpreis ein eigenes Bett und uns somit auch größere Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung gestellt, obwohl wir nur ein normales Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten. Weiter war das Personal sehr freundlich und hat auch unsere Fragen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. ausführlich beantwortet. Alles sehr empfehlenswert!

Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und ok. Leider 70 ziger Jahre Stil, aber gerade noch ok. Frühstücksraum zu klein. Sonntag morgen Stau der Gäste. Und Stau am Buffet. Parkgarage war ausgebucht.

Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet.... Die Halterung des (großen) Duschkopfs war gesprungen, deshalb kippte der Duschkopf ständig nach vorne. Außerdem ist der Wandabstand von Duschstange zu den Fliesen zu gering. Drehen des Verstellknopfes schlecht möglich. Ein Aufzug machte Geräusche, als ob er gleich den Geist aufgeben würde.

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten das Zimmer schon einige Stunden früher beziehen. Bei der Suche nach Karten für ein Musical wurden uns Empfehlungen gegeben, die sehr hilfreich waren und die Vorbestellung der Karten wurden durch das Hotel vorgenommen.

...das die Klimaanalage funktioniert hat. ...die Mitarbeiter waren nicht über Payback informiert. Diese Punkte habe ich leider nicht bekommen... im Hotel gibt es Paderborner Pils, das schmeckt ganz fürchterlich...
