the hotel has a nice surrounding and a swimming pool.The rooms are very spacious. The hotel is called Best Western Queens Hotel not MARK Hotel. |

Room size was excellent. Night porter/desk was a star. Situation of hotel was perfect for our visit to Kassel. Room facilities good. Reception for information, taxis, etc was very efficient. |

The hotel was fabulous value for money, convenient for travel (near motorway), good swimming pool, children corner The food in the restaurant in the evening was very bad (including the cheapest chips one can probably find in the whole of Germany) and the breakfast menu was plentiful but not very good quality either - pastries were cold, not baked properly, eggs were not cooked at all, coffee on the table was very bad. Overall, the restaurant dragged down the excellent experience of the hotel. |

food was lovely service wasn't the greatest i have seen.... room for improvement... but would stay again, if the service didn't improve after my next stay then i would not stay again, so i'm open minded |

great stay, super price for room. nice lounge for an evening glass of wine. very nice pool. breakfast was not included in value price. there were no facilities for coffee/tea at night but hotel did provide free coffee in the lobby. |

de kamer netjes, goed. bedden prima. restaurant goed. wijnkeuze matig. badkamer gedateerd met vieze plekken. de Hotelbar zeer matig door ongeinteresserd personeel die het drukker hadden met elkaar dan met de klant. |

Goede verbinding met de autosnelweg Een eventuele snack kon na 10u niet meer bekomen worden. Voor reizigers welke laat aankomen zou een kleine snack moeten mogelijk zijn zoals in andere hotels het geval is. |
