The rooms were spacey, clean and quit. The hotel is near the City park. The reception staff should know more about how to get to town and not rely on Internet. More detailed maps should be available allowing to go from the center to the hotel by showing them. The towels were not always changed or fold. |

Close location to the City Nord. Quality far too low comparing to prices. Expensive internet, breakfast & paring. Building was moved from ddr I think !!! |

Staff were friendly and helpful and they had a great pub. Asked for non - smoking room but got a filthy smokey room. I felt like I had smoked a pack when I woke up in the morning. |

Sehr gefallen hat uns, dass das Babyphon sowohl bis ins Restaurant als auch in den Wellnessbereich reichte. Der abend war für uns Eltern sehr entspannt. |

Hotel selber rundum super , warten bis ein Frühstücksplatz frei war wurde verschönt mit einem Espresso um den ich gebeten hatte , super .Anbindung ans Örtliche Verkehrsnetz optimal .Werde sicher wieder kommen !. Danke |

Prima kamers, net personeel, goede parkeergelegenheid. Afstand tot OV is ca. 10 minuten lopen. Hierna binnen 10 minuten in het centrum met tram. Taxi's ruim voorhanden, ca. 15 euro tot centrum in 10 minuten. |

Zimmer war o.k. und alles war sauber>>hygienisch>>fand ich gut. Zimmer nur über Hintertreppe ud nicht über Aufzug zu erreichren. Preise für Frühstück und Restaurant waren überteuert>>habe auswärts gegessen.Saunabereich wenig einladend. Schlechte Nahverkehrsanbindung. |

Frühstück Das erste Zimmer was uns zugewiesen wurde lag an der Hauptverkehrsstraße und hatte eine Badewanne als Dusche,dann wurde uns nach beschwerde ein anderes Zimmer angeboten mit einem Badezimmer wo man sich kaum drehen konnte,wenn das 4 Sternestandart ist dann habe ich zu Hause ein 7 Sterne Badezimmer. |

DasHotel macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Die Parkgebühren sind mit €9,- zu hoch, zumal in der näheren Umgebung genügend freie Parkplätze sind. |
