Nice, quite big room with a sofa and a kitchen which we didn't expect! Clean room and fine balcony with view. Good breakfast. Our room was on the side of the railways and the noise of the train was noticeable, take care of it. I was expecting a more modern bathroom in this price. There is nothing to do around from afternoon and on. The small villages close by don't offer many options even for dinner. |

Staff nice, bed comfortable, clean, good breakfast, big room, separate sitting area, balcony, partial kitchen used as buffer from hallway noise. Rooms a little too dark (could use some stronger lighting) We are affiliated with the US Military and if the business will accept it, we do not pay the Tax (19%). If the hotel would have accepted the tax form we could have saved almost 70 Euro, The reason stated by the manager: they are too small, but we've had much smaller hotels in the area accept it. Because of that, we will probably not go back. We will look for a hotel that will accept the tax relief form. |

The place was amazing, feels like home.. Nice lady at the reception desk..the best.. Love Garmisch even more now.. Will stay there again, no matter the cost!!! I like it all!! |

Beautiful views from balcony, excellent breakfast buffet, pleasant staff. Room was chilly and no room heating available after telling desk about chilly room. Internet was too weak to be usable in the room - had to go to lobby to utilize internet access. |

The spa facilities and the pool were excellent. The restaurant on site had traditional, excellent food and drink. We checked in late and the staff were most accomodating and gave us a late check out the next day. |

The room was excellent. The services and the hotel staff was very friendly. The water system has some problems: it is not simple to fine-tune the water temperature in the bathroom. Good restaurant with good kitchen. Some of the spa equipment were out of repair. |

Beautiful sceanery ,view from our room excellent. Breakfast very good Bed too hard, pillows too flat, one of the receptionist a bit arrogent? A little isolated if using public transport although there is a bus stop right out side which run every hour. |

The staff we met were lovely and very informative. The pool/spa area was always spotless and well maintained There was a lot of building work going on just across from our room and it started early in the morning and went on to at least 2200hrs at night,if this had been mentioned when we booked, we definitelywould not have stayed |

We liked the breakfast and the wonderful wait staff. They were incredible ladies. The room was very clean and spacious. We were charged a different rate than stated by the staff when I booked the room. Additionally there was a huge wasp nest right outside the window and door that prevented us from opening it, making it hot and stuffy. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, no apology was made nor compensation. |

We booked a large double room and it was enormous; two bedrooms, a dining area and a kitchen. And the view of the Zugspitze from our window was breathtaking The carpet and some of the furnishings were rather old. A bit of a musty odor and the windows had been left open, presumably to remedy the odor, which had allowed a fair number of flying insects of various sizes to sneak in. The breakfast was plentiful, but of marginal quality. But for the price, knowing that it is not a luxury resort, you can't beat it. |

The room was a nice size. Separate eating area and kitchenette with mini fridge was a plus. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Front reception desk closed early. |

The rooms were very large and clean. We looked out our window to see the Zuchspitze. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in three years of living in Germany. Close to American facilities, lakes, mountains, etc. A great stay, would stay again in a heartbeat!! |

Sehr freundliches Personal Wlan funktionierte nicht auf Zimmer. Vielbefahrene Strasse und s- Bahn direkt am Haus, daher auch Nachts keine Ruhe. Zimmer, insb Bad sehr dreckig. Lattenrost des Bettes war kaputt und machte geräusche. Trotz Aufzug müssen sehr viele Treppen zwischen den Stockwerken bewältigt werden - nicht geeignet für ältere Personen oder Behinderte. |
