Late arrival is possible Room was not heated at all when I arrived. Ext. Temperature close to 0 and inside the "feeled temperature" was about 10°c also the bath room (brrr) No hear dryer. For breakfast the coffee was really bad and no fruit available.

Service staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially food in the restaurant was delicious. The rooms, pool and sauna are all very old fashioned. Furniture and equipment are old, too. Hotel could net some modernizing from inside.

Wonderful German hotel/restaurant nestled in the woods. Had a wonderful - typical- german dinner. We stayed there as it was close to Wolfsburg and we were going to the FIFA World cup = USA vs.Sweden. There was even as indoor pool with a huge window. All the Wolfsburg hotels were full or too expensive, glad about that as we found this gem instead- and only about 20minutes from the stadium.

We were in transit to Berlin. This hotel fitted our criteria for breaking up the trip re driving time. Staff were friendly & helpful, food & room basic. Parking available & internet access (although only in one area) & only one connection. For the price, what was expected - nothing more, nothing less. Nothing in particular - what was expected for the price.

I stayed at this hotel one night on my way from Berlin airport to visit CeBIT (the Hannover Messe is 100km away, a comfortable 1 hour or so on the Autobahn) and the rooms are comfortable if a little spartan, the staff friendly, the parking plentiful and the bar and restaurant welcoming. For internet access, the hotel offers wireless (which you must pay for, its a T-Mobile service) or wired (which you can use either at the front desk, or in the bar area. There they basically offer you the use of one of a number of long ethernet cables. At first this seemed a bit inconvenient, but the speed was very fast and the ability to work on our laptops while ordering drinks from the friendly bar staff soon grew on us... Unfortunately there were a lot of smokers in the room - but perhaps there was a non-smoking area available; I didn't ask. Also the hotel is around 5km from the motorway - which was not as convenient as it might be and could be a nuisance in poor weather.

The friendliness of the staff in the bar. And the location ! All ammenities , ie : Sauna , jacuzzi & swimming pool closed for no reason. Wanted me to pay cash on arrival ( before seeing room) & as yet dont know if I have paid twice !!! , as we are touring Europe at this time

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Fast direkte Anbindung an die Autobahn mit Richtung Hannover und Berlin. War Ideal für unsere Städtetour. Autoparkplatz auf eigenen Hotelgrundstück. In unserem Zimmer 104 sind die Matratzen durchgelegen. Unfreundliches Personal. Personal das sich in der Region nicht auskennt und Fragen nicht beantworten kann. Frühstücksraum mit toten Fliegen auf dem Fensterbänken. Tischdecken verschmutzt und Löchrig. Elektroinstallation die aus der Wand hängt, Steckdosen. Personal mit unsauberer Kleidung. Der komplette Außenbereich ungepflegt.

wegen der vielen negativen Seiten des Hotels hat uns gar nichts gefallen! Tote Ungeziefer auf den Fensterbänken. Befleckte Tischwäsche. Kaffeetassen verschmutzt.Kaputte Bettwäsche. Blutanhaftungen an der Toilettenpapierrolle.Verschmutzte Garten- bzw. Terassenanlage.Schwimmbad sehr kalt.Sehr eingeschränktes Speisenangebot. Rechnung im Restaurant war um ca. 20,-€ zu hoch abgerechnet - Keine Entschuldigung

Gefallen hat die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zur Natur. Das Mobiliar entspricht eher dem 70er Jahre Stil. Einige Teile des Hotels sind Sanierungs- bzw. Renovierungsbedürftig. Private Auseinandersetzungen der Mitarbeiter sollten nicht vor den Gästen ausgetragen werden.

Nichts. Ich würde es nicht mehr buchen. Zwei Gebäude. Zum Frühstück muss man über den Hof laufen. Das Frühstück war mager. In Deutschland habe ich schon besser gefrühstückt. Die Bedienung im Frühstücksraum hat den ganzen Saal unterhalten. Die Fernbedienung hätte mal wieder neue Batterien gebraucht. Das gesamte Hotel war eiskalt. Egal in welchem Raum. Allerdings war das Abendessen sehr gut und preiswert. Sauber war das Hotel auch

,venligt personale, venlig atmosfære, lidt bedaget men hyggeligt. kroværten lavede mad til mig på trods af sen ankomst, jeg havde holdt i kø i ca 3 timer. Derfor sulten, sen ankomst.

Het is een hotel dat bouwtechnisch gezien zijn beste tijd gehad heeft, echter het personeel is zo ontzettend gastvrij en hondvriendelijk en ook de kamers zijn comfortabel en modern ingericht Daarom hebben wij besloten om dit hotel op te nemen in ons bestand voor korte vakanties ,ondanks het feit dat het hotel 5 á 6 uur van ons verwijderd is. Het hotel heeft hier en daar wat bouwkundige mankementen, deze vormen echter géén gevaar voor de veiligheid.

Der angegebene Qualitätsstandart ist ca. 20 Jahre alt. Überall hängen Spinnweben, blättert der Putz von den Wänden, viele Lampen funktionieren nicht. Der Wellness-Bereich hat auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt und für zusätzliche 8 Euro p.P. für die Sauna-Nutzung würden wir kein Geld mehr ausgeben. Es funktioniert nur eine Sauna, das Abkühlbecken und die Dampfsauna sind defekt sowie die gesamte Beleuchtung im Dusch- und Toilettenbereich.
