The helpful staff and free internet access, their honesty, and the proximity of one traditional German restaurant (Oma) (I am not a fan of German food but I appreciated the quality of the service and honesty of the staff again). Price of breakfast which I declined. Only liquid soap/shampoo was provided in a hard to use/ or defective dispensers. one dispenser oozed soap on their own, the other in the shower needed a Vulcan's squeeze to dispense. Otherwise the hotel is fine. |

Large rooms could accommodate myself, my husband and our 3 children. Good location, near transportation. The carpets in the room were filthy, dirty and there was actually a piece of trash on the floor from a previous occupant. |

Spaciousness of room, excellent beds, superb bathroom, extreme kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Abundant and delicious breakfasts with immediate refills. Only two blocks walking to a direct and fast tram connection (8 minutes) with the inner city. There was space and a downlight provided in room 108, but no mirror! As always in German hotel rooms: only one extremely flat pillow. In a 3star- plus hotel, I would also have expected a safe in the room. |

We were very pleased with the courtesy and frienliness of the staff. Breakfast had an outstanding variety. It was very convenient to take the Strassenbahn downtown and buy the tickets at the desk. |

The room was very spacious for my family of four. The room was clean and everything was well maintained. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dresden. The shower did not have a large quality of hot water. This added time to the shower but this was not a big problem. |

Отель понравился. Просторный двухкомнатный номер для семьи с двумя детьми был выше ожиданий. Соотношение цена/качество - лучше не придумаешь. Добираться до центра достаточно удобно. Остановка трамвая в пределах пяти минут. На трамвае минут 10 и вы в центре. Единственная проблема - отсутствовал обещанный WiFi интернет. Персонал ничего объяснить и сделать не мог. Может мне просто не повезло. Но в холле стоял компьютер с подключением и свою почту я просмотрел и отправил. |

Die Lage des Hotels war zwar etws außerhalb, aber es sind Straßenbahnhaltestellen in der (Nähe (ca. 150 Meter Entfernung). Das Zimmer (Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem sep. Wohnraum) waren sehr großräumig. |
