Atenção dos funcionário (porém nem todos falam inglês de qualidade), café da manha pago a parte muito bom e a limpeza dos quartas e seu conforto.

Fica um pouco afastado do centro, mas tem bonde elétrico a 100 metros do hotel que leva até o centro em 15 minutos no máximo. Não há muito opção de restaurantes perto do hotel e o serviço de restaurante do hotel não é tão bom e tem poucas opcões, mas de maneira geral o hotel é muito bom.

We travelled with our two kids, ages 2 and 4, as well as our friends with kids 7, 5, and 2. We loved the location of the hotel. It sits directly between two stroller-friendly stops on the #12 tram that go into the Altstadt in about 15 minutes. Family tickets for the tram are available at the front desk, and you can charge them to your room. The hotel has a very nice spielzimmer (playroom) on the 1st floor that our kids loved. Around the back of the hotel in the courtyard is a playground that was also really great. Our room was huge and exceptionally comfortable, especially by European standards. If you're an American travelling abroad, this will be much closer to what you're used to that some other European hotels. All of the staff spoke wonderful English and were very helpful. There is a Lidl one block away with a bakery where we purchased our breakfast each day and saved tons of money over the hotel's breakfast. Very convenient! Parking was available for free on the street if you can find a spot, and the hotel has a garage for a daily fee.

The breakfast at the hotel is standard European-style, but it was a definitely overpriced (especially considering how close the Lidl is).

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, pleasent English-speaking staff, great price. I can recommend.

We arrived at 1.30 am and there was no problems to get in. Good secure underground parking . Nice clean bathroom and spacious rooms. Quiet location. It's not close to the old town but it didn't matter as it meant to be a rest stop only. I would recommend it and stay there again myself.

It's a hotel with confort and space.

Hotel was great, price was great and rooms are so big, Staff was friendly, Evertything was clean. I think it was best choice in Dresden, And I would say, that hotel is luxury, because it was for us. Maybe for someone the distance from city centre would be problem, but it takes something like 10 min to get there, and you have there 2 trams and one bus, there is always way, how to get to centre and dont wait too much.

Overall very good place to stay in Dresden

I wanted coffee early in the morning and was hoping to get at the reception. However, it was not a particularly bad thing I could not get coffee during the night but maybe can be easily fixed. It is possible I was not looking right for which I apologize

Good breakfast, adequate rooms

Location is shitty, far from the center. Nearby hard to relax and have some diiner. Awful pillows in the room

if you have to leave the hotel early before the breakfast; they provide you take away coffee and lunchbuffet bag (sandwiches, snacks, orange juice etc.). if you need iron they provide it to you and also free water boiler and tea or coffee tray is the best. but the best thing in the hotel is free wifi connection all over the hotel, fast and useful.

the breakfast buffet was not cost- effective! when you pay 9 euro you imagine something bigger and delicious.and also the garage was not easy to find,

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast and such a vast choice.

When we arrived i did not realise there was nothing surrounding the hotel that was at all picturesque - guess we got wrong part of Dresden. Also very dissappointed that on the night we stayed there the restaurant was not open and the only other option was to go to the other hotel down the road which we did not fancy at all as we had endeavoured a long trip to get there and just wanted to relax and eat in our own hotel, ended up going to Lidl just around the corner to get something to eat.

We were very surprised. We had one double comfort room (living room+bedroom) and one family room (larger living room+bedroom). Both were spacious, clean, beautifull apartments. It is the best 3* hotel I've ever been! And price was extreamly good (low!). Breakfast for all tastes, continental and british. Wi-fi Internet very good. We also got car parking spaces in garage.

There was just one baby cot for all hotel, but we were two couples with small babies.

Registrator was very kind and professional.The room was large and cozy.Good hotel for visting Dresden.
