Overall very good. Personal very friendly.

Location not ideal.

This was our second time staying in this hotel. We love their family size rooms and that they accept pets. Not thrilled that they charge extra for them but at least they take them. It is an easy drive to Dresden downtown or you can take the ubahn.

The hotel is very comfortable. It is situated not far from the city center. There are two supermarkets nearby.The staff is very kind and friendly.

The staff where very friendly and always went out of there way to help you. The rooms were a nice size and very clean.

The weekend was great. Staff was very friendly, clean rooms, and loved the free coffee.

Had the family room, would have liked a fridge or hot water heater. Pillows were unusual.

Price of breakfast

Good location from Dresden (15 minutes by tram or bus). Excellent to travel with family. We travelled with two kids, and we could all stay at the same apartment. Very confortable beds. Very good site rooms.

The hotel was clean and modern. The hotel staff was pleasant and responsive to a series of requests suich as help with the garage and providing a fan for the room. They went out of their way to please.

I was coimpletely satisfied.

- quiet location, but close to the downtown (by car and public transport) - breakfast is fair, rich - easy free parking

- I've got a smoking room. When I made a remark to the staff, it was told, that I didn't request a non-smoking room. That is true, but I expected that the hotel is non smoking, by default. - I made a round trip, making reservation at more than a dozen of hotels. This was the only which debited my bank card at the time of reservation.

Spacious & clean room with a large closet, it will be ideal for long-term stay customer. Also friendly receptionist.

Good location, with easy access to motorway and a tram service into city centre. Pleasant breakfast room with good selection.

No air conditioning in bedroom, which meant opening the window for fresh air and letting in a crowd of mosquitoes. Staff provided spray on request. Opening window on ground floor is also not great for security. The hotel garage has an odd system of ramp-parking which can do your clutch no good at all. Possibly the garage was originally designed for Trabis and Skodas and the diagonal ramps have had to be introduced to cope with larger cars.

Nice comfortable room. Very large. With a seperate room with two clubseats, a diningtable with two chairs, a desk, lots of wall plugs, two televisions, a seperate toilet. Very good breakfast

There is a wonderfull playroom for the children and they offer a coffee or tea to go, which is a lovely service.

The beds are really awfull: hard matrasses, sleeping on the floor is a better option... It was exceptionally hot in Dresden when we where there, which shows immediately the lack of airco in the rooms....

Great stay for the price. Good location near tram and neighborhood shops. Clean and functional. Family suite was perfect for our family with three teens.
