This hotel is an excellent choice, either for business or for pleasure. The facilities are first-rate, the rooms clean and spacious, and the members off stuff always at your service. Last but definitely not least the aquarium! Is just breathtaking having a coffee or a drink at the lobby area with the giant aquarium standing above! Amazing! Nothing is perfect in this world. It took 2 days for the hotel to fix our heating in the room. It didn’t feel cold but room was not as worm as you expect from a 5-star hotel, considering the extreme cold weather that we found in Berlin during our visit. Nevertheless, this issue was not enough to change our general opinion about the hotel. |

Superb location for the Xmas Markets and Sightseeing (tour bus stop outside). Food, staff, facilities all very good. Extras were a bit pricey but not unusual for hotel of this standard. |

Location is perfect, walking distance to many attractions, very close to all public transportation, cosy rooms, excellent service. I enjoyed every moment there. Will come back! |

The location, design feature of the indoor aquarium, excellent cleaniness of the rooms and the interior design of each room. Food and drink were expensive. No maps of the city available, had to ask the front desk for them. Would prefer if they were in each room. |

The location, business room which faced the river and the Cathedral, & the quiet nights The "modern" bowl shaped sink in the bathroom. There was no way to close the drain so that you could wash any small items. The engineer who came up to the room blamed it on the architect! |

location Understaffed for breakfast had to queue for breakfast and service was slow and poor. Same applies for room cleaning sometimes waited until after 5.00pm to have room cleaned.Had to get my own coffee and milk from the bar. |
