The hotel reception area is simply stunning, we never tired of looking at the giant aquarium as we used the lifts. The location is ideal for the revamped centre of the old east. There are coffee shops and restaurants within a few meters of the hotel so breakfast away from the hotel is both inexpensive and convenient. There is a tram stop outside the hotel and an S-Bahn station 400m away. I can't see how €25 per person for breakfast is value for money. |

Fantastic design of hotel with Aquatic dome in the Atrium made relaxing that so much more interesting. Highly recommended. Yes. The restaurant was named Heat. Unfortunately the food did not match. At 25 euros each for breakfast it fell well short of the acceptable standard for a hotel of this class. |

The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is new ( five years old...maybe). Also the breakfast is very good.The desing is also nice. The room was a little cold and I missed a hot tube in the spa , there is just a swimming pool and 3 diferent kind's of saunas. |

The big fishtank was awesome. It can hypnotise you for up to 4 hours a day Minibar automatically bills your room if you move the stuff around in it to put your cheese in. |

the lobby aquarioum is very special, the view from the room was very nice. Very clean enviroment, friendly personel the room service was in delay and with lower quality than taking something from the lobby bar - info given by reception about the opening times of the museums was wrong about the 24 of December (not everything was close) - the air conditioning in the rooms was making the air very dry and hardly to breath if you forget it on during at night |

This hotel is an excellent choice, either for business or for pleasure. The facilities are first-rate, the rooms clean and spacious, and the members off stuff always at your service. Last but definitely not least the aquarium! Is just breathtaking having a coffee or a drink at the lobby area with the giant aquarium standing above! Amazing! Nothing is perfect in this world. It took 2 days for the hotel to fix our heating in the room. It didn’t feel cold but room was not as worm as you expect from a 5-star hotel, considering the extreme cold weather that we found in Berlin during our visit. Nevertheless, this issue was not enough to change our general opinion about the hotel. |

Loved the overall interior decoration of the hotel; simple, but modern design. The fishtank is of course fantastic. Many thanks to the reservation department who respected my wishes to the letter, and gave me exactly the rooms I had kindly asked for. Would definitely recommend the hotel for a city or business trip. Did not personally check out the breakfast buffet, but would judge 25 euro for breakfast too expensive. |

The fish tank was impressive, big comfortable room with a side view at the Dom, nice amenities, excellent location near Alexanderplatz, bus station outside the hotel the heat wasnt completely silent. that was a little annoying. |

Location, professionlism of staff, aquarium, views, would have liked to have sampled restaurant. Breakfast and eating at hitel rather expensive. At that time of year a number of customers would have liked tio have taken advantage of deals on eating in the hotel. |

Superb location for the Xmas Markets and Sightseeing (tour bus stop outside). Food, staff, facilities all very good. Extras were a bit pricey but not unusual for hotel of this standard. |
