The laidy in the front desc of the sunday brekfast.VERY,VERY,VERY.VERY Unpolait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!too bud and so unfair for the other staff that was very good!!!

Perfect location and aquarium

Design and quality of room furnite was 3 star only

Location is quite good. Just next to Berliner Dom, near tv tower, museums and the aquarium. Galleria Departure store is about 10 minutes walk away. Some cafe and restaurants around the corner and we really like the vietnamese Restaurant just right next to the hotel. But I also highly recommend the hotel restaurant heat. Nice food and good service staff too., Always smiling and very accommodating. Some souvenirs shops around the hotel too. The main attractions is the aquarium in the middle of the hotel. Nice! Sight seeing bus stop sit just next to the hotel. Rooms and bathroom are spacious with a bathtub. Front desk staff is friendly and efficient and speaks very good English.

One of the doorman is not friendly at all. He looked at me in a very strange way and no smile or greetings from him. The queen size bed is consisting of 2 twin beds combining together. So this may not be comfortable if you have young kid sleeping with parents on the same bed.

The acuarium , the rest nothing special. The location if you want to visit museums.

The front desk team not enough prepared. Wrong information. Little rooms. Cold hotel . No good Qualiy/cost .

The hotel entrance is simply breath taking: just as you enter the hotel you feel like you are swimming with the fishes in the big aquarium. The room was perfectly clean, with a huge bathroom and a wonderful minibar.. Even the service room was perfect. We also enjoyed the spa very much.. It is the perfect way to relax after walking for hours round Berlin city centre. The hotel is also quite close to Alexander Platz (few minutes walk), so there's no problem at all with the transports. The staff is helpful and very nice.

The breakfast is rich, but much more tasteful if you are used to German or British style breakfast (many many eggs, sausages, tomatoes and so on...).

Room is getting very warm at night when ac is off although we staid in January with 0 degrees outside.

We stayed for 2 nights in december 2011, excellent hotel and friendly and helpful staff, extremely enjoyable stay. Walking distance to main attractions and good connections to metro. Excellent buzzing location too. Loved the aquarium in the lobby. And the pool and steam rooms were a nice extra after a long day of walking around town. 10/10

No coffee machine or watercooker in the room, no complimentary water, pillows are too soft and small, bed is not really great

Friendly staff

No complimentary water in the rooms - small bottle of water from the mini bar costs €4.50 Breakfast costs €25 per person - crazy when you can enjoy breakfast for €6 in coffee shop beside the hotel

The location is superb, the central centre, Unter den Linden and Museum Island, the major sights, everything is so close! The staff was excellent, and, what is even more important, sincerely was eager to help. I have had no problems at all. Highly recommend for a couple of days stay.

Great hotel. If you go to Berlin for whatever reason, it is the best choice, at least for us. We will definitely come back again.

Location is great, near some good shops, and restaurants, and the christmas markets, staff were great, nice reception, taxis right outside the hotel, room was clean and comfy, great view from balcony of the dome. The breakfast had a good choice and plenty of it.

Price of hotel is not for the poor, u need a bank loan to visit the hotel restaurant "heat"!!!! And the food wasnt that great in there, the "block house" up the road was far better and cheaper. And dont even think about having drinks in the bar, a fruit juice was 8 euros !!!! a coffee was 9 euros.

Bad service for beeing a five star hotel, we had to waitfor10 minutes to get a table at the brakfast. The personnell were nice but did not have the feeling for a 5 star hotel.
