Everything was as expected. Location-great, rooms-great, breakfast-great and the highlight of the hotel is the huge Aquarium which stands proudly in the center of the lobby . The staff is friendly and profeshional.

Impressive reception with the worlds largest aquarium in the world. Room was very comfortable with global TV programs. Location is interesting as you are steps away from some of the key attractions in Berlin. Close access to subway/metro if you wish to use it.

Other than the impressive Aquarium everthing else was pretty standard The only thing I did not like about the place was forget going the extra mile to see you smile or for that matter "Hotels that love to say yes"... The staff never really seemed to care. Asked for coins to be converted to notes and got a huge "sigh" from the lady at the desk following which she "instructed" me to check with her colleague for the remaining coins (by the way the coins totaled less than 15 euros). Ordered for room service and requested an item to be delivered earlier but was bluntly told "will be delivered with your meal as we dont have enough staff". Had requested an adapter plug and when I was checking out was again "instructed" to go get it from your room as I left it in the socket or else its 20 euros on your bill. The Concierge recomended a very nice Thai Restaurant (Good Time and them I would recommend)

The lobby design I didn't like the room it was very small , the service were very bad and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful also the gym was not a hotel gym , my home gym is bigger

The location was bit OK - During Night Shift only one person is there, who carry the bags, park the cars and fix the rooms - Room services in the morining are annoying, they call asking toclean and knock the door at the same time. - Roooms are so small

The acuarium , the rest nothing special. The location if you want to visit museums. The front desk team not enough prepared. Wrong information. Little rooms. Cold hotel . No good Qualiy/cost .

The hotel entrance is simply breath taking: just as you enter the hotel you feel like you are swimming with the fishes in the big aquarium. The room was perfectly clean, with a huge bathroom and a wonderful minibar.. Even the service room was perfect. We also enjoyed the spa very much.. It is the perfect way to relax after walking for hours round Berlin city centre. The hotel is also quite close to Alexander Platz (few minutes walk), so there's no problem at all with the transports. The staff is helpful and very nice. The breakfast is rich, but much more tasteful if you are used to German or British style breakfast (many many eggs, sausages, tomatoes and so on...).

We stayed for 2 nights in december 2011, excellent hotel and friendly and helpful staff, extremely enjoyable stay. Walking distance to main attractions and good connections to metro. Excellent buzzing location too. Loved the aquarium in the lobby. And the pool and steam rooms were a nice extra after a long day of walking around town. 10/10

A perfect location for a weekend break in Berlin, close to all the sites. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the Radisson Blue for a short break.

Location is great, near some good shops, and restaurants, and the christmas markets, staff were great, nice reception, taxis right outside the hotel, room was clean and comfy, great view from balcony of the dome. The breakfast had a good choice and plenty of it. Price of hotel is not for the poor, u need a bank loan to visit the hotel restaurant "heat"!!!! And the food wasnt that great in there, the "block house" up the road was far better and cheaper. And dont even think about having drinks in the bar, a fruit juice was 8 euros !!!! a coffee was 9 euros.

Bad service for beeing a five star hotel, we had to waitfor10 minutes to get a table at the brakfast. The personnell were nice but did not have the feeling for a 5 star hotel.
