Fabulous hotel in every aspect, amazing fish-tank!

The very helpful staff especially the concierge staff. The location was very handy for the sights we wanted to see. The sound proofing too.

Given a rubbish room on check in for a 4 day stay. Had to change rooms. Ripped off in the dining room with a menu that was not clear.

It sounds maybe banal but I liked the aquarium, the beds, and location

We had to wait for the spare room for an hour, the first offered room smelled awfully, though the staff tried to improve the situation and we were offered another room with a better view

Good room with excellent view. Good breakfast with attentive staff.

Bland and uninteresting food for dinner. Design of atrium presents as cold as do the corridors to the rooms. Not a five star rating.

Great location and nice rooms with a beautiful view.

We booked a double room and got two single beds pushed together which kept sliding apart if we moved towards the middle.

This really was a perfect place to stay! Excellent situation, a very spacious and comfortable room, and the staff are so friendly and really want to help!

Te hotel is a very convenient place to do business from especially if you are targeting East Berlin. We liked the breakfast at the hotel

The room price was more than I think it should be compared to other similar hotels. I am a world traveler and my judgement is bsed on facts.. Your concierge was a part time at his post and he was not available most of the time.

Friendly staff, very clean comfortable rooms. Very quiet for large hotel. Get a high floor room looking out over the unique circular aquarium.

Overpriced cocktails, cola and food. Beer not overly priced by comparison though.

Room was excellent. Food in restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

we loved the gorgeous aquarium in the middle of the hall, facing our bedroom. and we sure loved Berlin!!

Some of the staff didn't know a lot and service not 5star as I waited 2days for bathrobes and had to order twice glasses for champagne....

Nice, good, clean and quiet rooms (and we got an upgrade :-)). Excellent breakfast. Location good - close to Museum Inseln and Alexanderplatz. Friendly staff. Lobby and the aquarium looks great.

We had dinner at Heat restaurant - slightly disappointing (have been better before). Please improve the taste of recipes (either too mild or too strong) and warmth of food.

I liked everything. The food was tasty, the location is in the centre, most of the sights are next to the hotel. And the view from the window at Berliner Dom is amazing. I do recommend.

big room, spacious, comfortable. A quiet room, very good isolated. We had a room face to the street but didnot hear anything nor the neighbours.

During the weekend, on Sunday morning, it was difficult to get a free table, the hotel was quite full. Being pregnant, I asked for a cooked egg, but didnot get it.

I liked the staff. They are very kind and professional. Breakfast, very good, restaurant, very good.

I didn' t like the price. When I paid it (booking.com) was uss 299. when I arrive at the hotel was uss 240. so I paid uss 50 more expensive.

The aquarium makes great entertainment from your balcony. The room are spacious and modern.

Like in most hotels in Germany, you get two small duvets instead of a big one.

I stayed for 6 days in this beautiful hotel, and I was fine as 2 years ago, and that was the first time I've been in Berlin. I have to make my compliments for the way they treat customers, in fact the second night that I was there, in the underlying ddr Museum, began the work, which lasted until late at night, at my request to change rooms , not to hear more noise, the front desk clerk, and 'was very kind and offered the opportunity to change rooms twice before on the same plane, then to a higher plane, without creating any problem. And to apologize for the incident the next day and I did find was in the room, a beautifull flat of berries and chocolate, with the excuse of the hotel. These things make a difference and raise the level of struttura.Sicuramente when I get back to Berlin, I will stay here, and counselor to all. Compliments Marco de Santis
