The coffee machine in the room and resturant selection, breakfast was excellent. Female concierge was extremely helpful. the ironing board in the room was a little impractical and difficult for a right handed person to use because of its positioning |

Very friendly and helpful staff, general comfort, location - the fish tank! Did not try the breakfast as it is overpriced. The Heat restaurant in the hotel was both poor quality and poor service. The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, usecured - it kept moving apart during the night. |
