Dobra lokalizacja. Darmowy internet. Widok z okna pokoju wprost na akwarium znajdujące się w atrium hotelowym. Pokój STANDARD - niewielki metraż, brak ekspresu do kawu lub nawet czajnika. |

Location is perfect, walking distance to many attractions, very close to all public transportation, cosy rooms, excellent service. I enjoyed every moment there. Will come back! |

The location, design feature of the indoor aquarium, excellent cleaniness of the rooms and the interior design of each room. Food and drink were expensive. No maps of the city available, had to ask the front desk for them. Would prefer if they were in each room. |

The location, business room which faced the river and the Cathedral, & the quiet nights The "modern" bowl shaped sink in the bathroom. There was no way to close the drain so that you could wash any small items. The engineer who came up to the room blamed it on the architect! |

location Understaffed for breakfast had to queue for breakfast and service was slow and poor. Same applies for room cleaning sometimes waited until after 5.00pm to have room cleaned.Had to get my own coffee and milk from the bar. |

The hotel is in a good location. I found the staff very helpful and was impressed by the standard of the hotel and the aquarium. |

Amazing looking hotel, right in the centre of Berlin, 5 mins walk from the train station. I'd definitely visit again! I wouldn't really class the standard rooms as 5*, more 4*. If I was being picky... there was no double bed, just 2 flimsy singled pushed together badly. Little things that you would expect in a 5* room are missing (non-essential things like robes and slippers and the TV had a poor picture). That said, none of this would put me of returning. |
