Hotellet har en ok spa avdeling og når internetten fungerte så hadde den veldig bra kapasitet ( hadde noen problemer i starten, ikke hotellet sin feil) Beliggenheten er veldig bra for de som er på forretningsreise, litt langt unna sentrum for ferie/familie reiser. Dette var litt uklart i beskrivelsen. Denne spesifikke dagen var det et stort arrangement i Frankfurt og da gikk det ikke noen trikk/buss, dette burde hotellet informert om. |

I did like, and sometimeswas helpful, to find Arabic speaking staff..Generally I like the overall atmospherein the hotel. I was rather upset when i was checking-in to find that the hotel was not aware , as they said , of any of my special requests that I made when booking. |

Room service menu prices were reasonable. Bathroom (especially shower) was very comfortable. Room was silence. Wardrobe was extremely small even for one person (we were two). |

The business rooms have a great view of the Frankfurt skyline. When I got my cc-bill, I found out that the hotel had charged me upon arrival without informing me. |

The stay was excellent. We were first put in a standard room, although I did specifically book a business room, but after an enquiry, the friendly staff sorted the problem out. |

Room was good, beautiful view. Staff friendly and flexible. At arrival we found out we had twin beds and the staff immediately took action and had it changed into a double bed. The fire alarm went off on a sunday morning and we waited in the lobby to get back to our rooms finally. Nobody informed us what was going on and how long it would take to solve the situation. Luckily after half an hour we heard somebody saying to another couple they could go back to their rooms. We assumed that was also meant for us. |

Good position, close to the exposition hall and city. Big comfortable modern room and very nice facilities overall. Some rooms also have a very nice view over the city and mountains. The room is a good value for the money. It is the first time ever that I actually used the cosmetics provided by the hotel (good quality ones). There was a horrible alarm as I was still sleeping: "technical failure, please exit the building". From the 17th floor, there was a long way down,... Maybe you should not evacuate all the guests when someone smokes in the room, and especially not using that creepy alarm! The parking is overpriced and there is another one just nearby much cheaper. Same with the food. The staff is cold and polite, OK overall, but I have seen much better. |

Ładny widok, zwłaszcza na górnych piętrach. Nowoczesny i łatwy do odnalezienia. Wygodne, duże pokoje. Opcje rodzinne. Excelent view. Modern and easy to find, close to highway. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Family options. Very expensive breakfasts. |

Modern scandinavian design, clean, helpful staff, very nice breakfast. 15 minutes from the city center, but tram connection worked well. Excellent value for money as there was no trade fair going on in the nearby huge congress center. |

It'a nice hotel, located approximatelly at the middle distance between the city centrum and the airport. The rooms are clean and nice, although quite small. The bathroom is large and very nice. |

The view was spectacular. Clean rooms and nice design. Everything worked as it should. We didn't have breakfast since the price was too high (26e). Hotel menu wasn't good, had to go to the city to have some good dessert and ice cream. |

The location in a quiet neigbourhood near the center is perfect, very good connection by tram, small but comfortable rooms, excellent view. The staff is a bit disorganized during breakfast, especially when it's busy. For some reason they refuse to mention the good tram connection so that tourists keep on using the expensive taxi's waiting outside. |
